We had an amazing stay. The road was doable as long as you know how to “read” the road or Renata/Jacek will take you there. Seen deer every day and even wolves at 250m twice in one week. Very private and quiet, good beds, nice fireplace to enjoy the amazing sunset, surrounded by woods and mountains, nice to go for walks, very kind hosts! House is well equipped, chop your own wood to heat the house :). Amazing views, looks like a painting. If you need to unwind and get some well deserved rest, go here!

It is an amazing place to stay with the whole family. Pawel is very responsive and helpful. Our dog was very happy with the fenced yard. The only thing, it wasn't mentioned, that the second bathroom is not separated, it was little bit not convenient.

Our stay was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The cottage is located in a wonderful place on the edge of the forest away from others, as we dreamed. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Hosts are very courteous and communicative. They fulfilled any requests I had. We used the Paintball option organized by the owners - I recommend to everyone, not far away the cottages have a great place to play with special houses and obstacles built (you just have to go out, quite steeply uphill). Overall, I'm very happy with the trip, we didn't miss anything. I recommend

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Great views, quiet neighborhood, very close to the main Bieszczady trails, lazy evenings by the fireplace, a big table to spend time with board games. The lack of internet (although sometimes we managed to catch the network) was a huge plus, at last we had time to really turn off and just stay alone. The well-equipped kitchen made us feel at home. Contact with Sara was extremely fast, the information was really useful. I felt like we were sleeping in a good friend's house. I recommend this house and the famous dumplings of Mrs. Czesi, appearing in other comments. It's really worth it :) Still a practical tip for those who will pick us up: the running water in the house has a specific smell, it didn't bother us too much with washing, but we already preferred to use the water from the buckles for cooking or coffee - as a shop on the spot, it's worth stocking on the way for shopping.

I rate the stay 5/5. Unreserved communication with your host. The cottage is clean, tidy, with fragrant bedding and towels. New equipment, wonderful view. The bathroom floor is heated, the fireplace creates a great atmosphere - perfect for rainy days or winter evenings, and the terrace overlooks the lake. A great starting point for trips to Solina, the dam, the gondola lift and also deep into the Bieszczady Mountains, which probably do not need to be presented to anyone - peace, quiet, beautiful views, nice people, delicious food. I recommend it to everyone! We were a family with 3 small children.

The area is very quiet. Parking is available in the garden. The terrace and garden are very nice. There is a small supermarket just across the street that has quite a few things. Walkable to downtown in about 20-30 minutes or by car in 5-10 minutes. The beds are fine. The shower is fine. The kitchen is small but not bad. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car from the airport. Wojtek and Monika were pending and responded to all of our messages.

It was a great trip Agata helped us settle in faster, everything was clean and tidy in the apartment, there was coffee tea, so you can see that Agata is very responsive to guests and very friendly. Next time we will stay in this place!

Loved this place! Great view of the city, and a short walk over the bridge to check out pretty walkways and the old town. Really clean, comfortable, and stylish. If you are using the parking, make sure to follow the directions carefully and it will all work out!

Perfectly located apartment at the Rynek of Ustrzyki Dolne, in the centre and vicinity of nature. Luminous newly renovated apartment that allows you to wake up with a view on the surrounding mountains. It is very well-equiped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly host who welcomed me for check-in, provided me with useful and good tips for restaurants, shops, outdoors and cultural activities. I highly recommend and would love to come again!

Fantastic place, very nicely decorated and well-equipped. It had everything you might need during your stay. The location is also great practically in the center of Sanok and at the same time quiet and peaceful. In summary, it was probably the coolest place we've had for many years of our travels. We loved it!!!

If I could rate Beata with 10 stars I would. Her accommodations are top shelf, lacking nothing and she is warmly welcoming and communicative. I love being in Przemysl in her units.

The apartment is perfect for a few days stay. There's everything you need, a clean, practical, comfortable bed, and a well-decorated common area despite its size. A parking lot assigned to the building, so you didn't have to search for a place on a car-filled street. A key lockbox is the perfect solution, whether it's for late check-in or availability by all users. We didn't miss anything, an apartment decorated with class, very close to the source center of Iwonicz. We highly recommend it!

We recommend this place. We stayed with my wife and daughter,shops, a children's playground for 2 minutes from the property, a pharmacy of 10 minutes. Even a comfortable and cozy place to meet and relax with children. The host comes to the rescue if necessary. The apartment is clean,tidy, tidy,all photos are true. It is worth it, you will not regret it, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful,the river is nearby.
