You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartment is near forest where you can take long walks. It has separate entrance, bedroom for 3 persons and sofa bed in living room for 2 persons. Kitchen included. Tourist tax is NOT included (2 EUR per person per night). Pets are allowed for extra 10 EUR per day per each pet. Apartment is suitable for old people and disabled - wheelchair accessible.Available is also baby bed for additional payment 10 Eur per one day. Breakfast is possible per 10 Eur per one person per day.
