Waterfront holiday rentals in Podgorica

Cosy but spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Easy to walk everywhere we needed and also opposite a taxi rank the airport. 15 min walk to the train station. The flat was spotless and had towels and toiletries which was very helpful. Central but also peaceful with a great sunset view from the balcony. We would stay again.

Well located apartment 10m away from the beach. Very well equipped, clean and neat, better than shown in the pictures :) It has an amazing balcony with a view to the Adriatic sea. Free parking available. Anna was an excellent host and very flexible with our late check-in.

Vladimir let us book in early, and answered our questions by phone while we were there. An excellent stay and well book again for next year!

The apartment was very cozy with a fantastic view over the bay from the large terrace. It was very clean and fresh. Although the terrain made it a bit difficult to reach the apartment, the incredible view made climbing all the stairs totally worth it!

Loved the easy access to the beach which made for a lovely morning swim. Accommodation was nice, simple and clean - true to advertisement. Host was helpful and welcoming. We would recommend.

Ana was the perfect host. Met us on time as planned at the property and quickly showed us the apartment and then left us to settle in. Very helpful with local recommendations too. Would highly recommend!!

Everything is in good order. The only thing that could be improved is the problem of smells from the plumbing in the bathroom.

The house is located in the old town, very quiet and peaceful place. Everything you need is close by. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city center. A few minutes to the river Moraca, where you can swim on a hot day. Communication with the owner was excellent.

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Irina’s apartment suited our family of five perfectly! It is away from the crowded and busy Budva. It’s in a small rural town where it seems families come to for a simple beach vacation. One small grocery store, two small fruit stands, 6-7 restaurants, and a huge beach - all within a 10 min walking radius. Irina is very accommodating and helpful with suggestions.

This place was perfect, convenient and pleasant, right next to the small center of Virpazar and facing the soothing lake

We enjoyed our stay. Zoran's place was tastefully decorated, with a lovely balcony and view. Although not really set-up for cooking, there were many lovely restaurants around. We were very comfortable for the time of year we were there (Autumn).

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

We had an amazing stay, the property was just as described and in a perfect location. We loved the terrace and it was right in the promenade. Natalija was amazing, really quick to respond and really flexible. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views! Only about 10 minutes from Kotor or Perast. Highly recommended renting a car for easier access to these places .

An amazing apartment by the sea with beautiful views and close by restaurants. Located right on the promenade with easy access to all parts of the city. The apartment is very spacious and cozy as well. Also, Igor and Boris were very helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!
