Great location and exactly as the pictures show, it was as we expected. Parking at the rear of the building was very tight but that was more down to other people's parking making it difficult to get in/out

Goran is a great host. The flat was clean and bright with all accessories that we needed for our 4 days stay. It is approximately 50 meters away from the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. It is a quiet new apartment with an elevator going directly to the underground parking. The insulation is also very good, there is no noise coming from another apartments. If you want to stay in Becici / Rafailovici I would definitely recommend Goran’s apartment.

Catherine met us very quickly, even taking into account that we arrived earlier than the scheduled time, checked in very quickly, told us everything in detail, for which we are very grateful. The apartment had all the promised conditions, the apartment was very clean. Be sure to come back again!

Perfect apartment for a longer stay near all the nice beaches of the Montenegro coast. Has everything included that you need for beach days (towels, umbrella etc.) and nice kitchen. The apartment is spacious and the little balcony is a great place to relax. We worked in the apartment during the days - good wifi, good work station in the bed room! The only issue here is parking. We got a quote high fine for parking next to the apartment, and a “warning”when parking at the Voli nearby, which was also mostly full . So probably worth investing time in finding a proper parking.

Loved the easy access to the beach which made for a lovely morning swim. Accommodation was nice, simple and clean - true to advertisement. Host was helpful and welcoming. We would recommend.

The apartment is wonderful🌊 It has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen (you don't need to worry about small things like salt or flour), beach towels, an umbrella, and toiletries. The bedroom has a very comfortable orthopedic mattress, and there's also an additional sleeping area in the living room. One of the most comfortable stays we've had. The location is also great: just a 10-minute walk to Milocer Park and Sveti Stefan (we went there because we really love that beach). Fabien is a wonderful host🌸

The cottage was charming and reminded me of holidays by the sea. The accommodation is in the Podgorica Stara Varoš area, which is the oldest part of the city with a still rural character, but very close to the centre and everything you need. The surroundings and proximity to the river add a specific charm to the place. The cottage has everything you need upon arrival and during your stay, as if you were coming home. There is also a courtyard with seating. Only a few of the surrounding houses are inhabited, so there is complete privacy, and at the same time there are neighbours around, so the place felt very safe to me as a woman travelling alone. If I ever return to Podgorica, I will definitely rent this cottage again.

The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

We enjoyed our stay. Zoran's place was tastefully decorated, with a lovely balcony and view. Although not really set-up for cooking, there were many lovely restaurants around. We were very comfortable for the time of year we were there (Autumn).

Nice small apartment equipped with everything you need to relax few days close to the sea. Engin is friendly ,flexible and always easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay.

When you booked the place, you didn't expect such a nice surprise . The property is accessible by boat only. The views are breathtaking , soothing . We had our feet in the water as in the photos. It is possible to use the canoe to walk on the lake ( which we had done ) and observe many species of birds. Filip is very responsive , helpful and available host. Bed linen, towel everything you needed was available. I recommend it 100%

One of the best locations we had during our roadtrip through Montenegro! We would definitely recommend a stay in Ksenijas apartment. It has a beautiful little balcony allowing you to enjoy the sun over Virpazar. Further, we highly recommend the boat Tours organized by her family. Without any hesitation we would book this apartment again. 10/10

Olivera's place is great. On the waters edge. 3 excellent restaurants within 50mts. Ivana looked after us whilst we were there...always available with recommendations. Lovely local people..

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Andriy is the perfect host, he was responsive all the time and welcomed us in the place. His place is WONDERFUL. The view from the balcony is truly amazing!

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely apartment newly refurbished. bright and airy. Great balcony with a partial view of the lake. Very central. The village is perfect for visiting the lake and nice restaurants etc in a leafy square.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea. The beach at the bottom of the apartment is very beautiful. nearby: supermarket, restaurant etc. perfect for a family holiday.

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!
