Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Poços de Caldas

apto BOM with all conditions. photos correspond to the advertisement. We had about 5x in Wells and we knew the region. I recommend for only those who go by car the location and far from the center, commerce and bars. The access to the building is steep and the garage as well. There are 2 indoor streets and more access to the garage is at a level above the outdoor building we take rain and cold wind. For those who have problems with locomotion, it is not possible. Trash must be taken prox to concierge i.e. 3 levels a pe or use double garbage bag to n dirty the car. The apt is very pleasant but as everything has observations and details that I hope will help you find the best option and have fun in Poços.

The apartment was impeccable, super clean and very well organized! The district had absolutely everything we could imagine — from needle and sewing thread to iron to iron. The condominium's Jacuzzi is wonderful, with an amazing view of the city! I, my family and our little dog felt at home and loved every moment of our stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

The stay was very good. Eliana is a great host. Since we stayed a month, it didn't include towels or bed linen - but when we asked Eliana, she came to deliver them that same night. She left clear instructions and the apartment is identical to the photos. We used the co-working space, the gym and the washer and dryer. You have to pay R$12 to wash and R$12 to dry. It's easy to schedule the machines and it takes about 40 minutes each. There is no way to dry clothes inside the apartment so you need to use the dryer. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It was a little cold and once they weren't clean. It appears that most people in the building are from Airbnb or similar. The location was excellent. We did everything on foot. Thanks Eliana!

Cozy apartment with a sauna , swimming pool and whirlpool as well as a modern gym and pool table. The view of the building's solarium is spectacular . I recommend it with my eyes closed . Note 1000. Excellent accommodation with new furniture, exceptional space and close to the central region of Poços de Caldas. I will certainly return. Fabia was impeccable at all times during the stay.

We really like hosting! The house is spacious and comfortable, great for spending the weekend with the family. The differential is the indoor pool, which allows us to enjoy the space even on rainy days. Fernanda left us very much at will and has always been helpful. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining armchairs. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable bedding. It has 4 bathrooms. Gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The faucets have heated and cold water. The dining room has a large 8-seater table. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very nice. We were in 6 adults and 1 children and we were comfortable installed. I recommend and will return with my family more often.
