Lovely place , beautiful views , we were 6 people and it was spacious enough, it was a great place to spare a few nights 👌🏻

Corrin and Jacq were exceptional hosts. Always present and super attentive. The house, in turn, is perfect: excellent location, equipped with everything you need (and a little more) and extremely comfortable and pleasant. It was an amazing experience, which I recommend to everyone (especially those who surf, in view of the two “world class” waves located inside the condominium).

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place!! The home is beyond beautiful and we enjoyed having two floors and access to anything we needed. The location is the shortest walk to the beach with gorgeous views and surf lessons in close proximity. We would stay here again!!

We loved our stay here - amazing location right by the beach. The store was 30 seconds away which made cooking so easy. Fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Enjoyed my stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get around. Peaceful lounge areas and always clean. The perfect place for a surf trip in Popoyo. I felt right at home immediately.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

This place is right on the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. It was perfect for a weekend with family and friends to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The condo is perfect to get away from the noise and chaos of city life.

Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.

This home is huge! We adored Luis and family who live next door and are available to help with anything. There is a little buzzer on the fridge to call them if needed. They’ll even do your laundry! We’re all learning spanish and it was so cool to have a local host available for a chat- very authentic experience :) The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen supplies (so rare for Airbnb’s). I gave the house a 4 for cleanliness but that is only due to the indoor/outdoor nature of the construction. It really couldn’t have been any cleaner. Occasional critters make their way into the house - a street cat, a bat, a bird, a few geckos. My kids loved the critters and the bedrooms are fully sealed so nothing gets in there. No issues with mosquitoes at all. The pool is lovely and the location is spot on and super safe. Highly recommend!

Carmen is great to communicate with and her home is beautiful. The beach is your backyard and there was security during the duration of our trip, so we felt safe the whole time. The housekeepers made us breakfast on one of the days we were there which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Great place with a beautiful location and a view to die for! The host Rosi was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time using the (very clean) pool, the lovely rain showers and visiting the local beaches/restaurants which are very close to the house. They also had a couple of friendly and cute cats visiting everyday which was nice. We made the mistake of locking ourselves out once (our fault) and the security had us back inside quickly. Recommend this place 100%!

I stayed here for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. The space is clean, modern, and peaceful, with beautiful outdoor areas—especially stunning at night under the moonlight. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was just perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway or special occasion!

Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were looking to relax, and we were not disappointed. The beach is super nice and in front of the house, there are natural pools by the rocks, the house is super well furnished and the caretaker is super attentive. My children and I loved it. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return on our holidays.

Martin is a superb host. Very responsive, nice, and accommodating of any need - such a nice person that makes you feel like your stay is the most important thing. The place is amazing. It's small and cozy, with good airflow and AC at hot times. There is a great garden with a big tree for shade, comfortable beach chairs, a hammock, and a shower. The water is 20 meters from the door, and it's a short 15-minute walk to Bigginers Bay and Santana and 2-5 minutes from several restaurants and a grocery shop. We came by car with a toddler and enjoyed the time. It is great for surfers who want to surf the area, beginners who want to learn in the beginners' bay, and people who want to stay in front of the water in a relaxing place.

We had a great time staying at Leandro’s home for three nights. He offered many local suggestions of things to do and was always responsive. The ocean view is amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked (spices, sauces, appliances). The decor is very cool with a surfer vibe. We had great family dinners with local seafood from down the street. A rental vehicle would be ideal for this location. The TVs and fans upstairs didn’t work but I’m sure the host will resolve this. AC in the bedroom was a must and kept us cool overnight - we slept comfortably. The ocean view is breathtaking from the bedroom or downstairs, ocean front at its best! Overall a great vacation home ideal for children and families (lots of children’s books, puzzles, games) or a couple wanting some rest and relaxation. Leandro also set up an extra bed for our son which was greatly appreciated!

It was a great experience staying at the place. There was so much space you have a lot of privacy and we could enjoy the sunset every evening from home. Was absolutely worth it.
