Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. The place is ideal for recharging your batteries! Imagine a lovely 37 m² house buried in the rock, completely restored with eco-friendly materials. The cave does not have a mobile network. A terrace overlooking a garden in the middle of the woods where a stream flows. Not overlooked, the only neighbors are us. Hiking trails pass in front of this haven. Total disconnection in harmony with nature. A great place for Mindfulness Meditation.

Come and recharge your batteries in our cottage in a green setting close to our troglodyte house. We renovated our outbuilding in 2023, to accommodate visitors wishing to discover our region with a rich heritage. Located a few minutes from Amboise, in the heart of the Loire Valley, its many castles and world-renowned vineyards. You can explore our region by car, on foot or by bike. Our cottage is on the "Loire à vélo" route.
