The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The furniture is top notch. You own absolutely everything a residence needs. It is located in a quieter module of the Riviera. It has the privileged location for being very close to Shopping, Praia and Centrinho, where there is Vila da Praia in season. You can do everything on foot in times of high season, difficult season to park.
