Beachfront holiday rental in Llanes

We enjoyed Raquel's place! It was exactly as seen in the photos. The place was very clean, fresh and the beds were comfortable. The radiators worked well and we had a lovely stay. The location couldn't get any better, you have everything you need and more within a couple of blocks walk: the beach, supermarkets, parks, bakery, restaurants, shops... The only thing that's missing is the view but it didn't bother us. I would recommend staying at Raquel's!

Simply ideal for a few quiet days in a beautiful area. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable and special mention to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun practically all day. Amió beach is a 10-minute walk and in the area, there are many routes to do and enjoy nature. The village is very quiet at this time of the year and it's just what my partner and I were looking for... our dog has also really enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much, Javier, for being attentive and available at all times!

We were a few days of traveling as a family and everything was excellent. On arrival Fernando facilitated the keys to the parking and the apartment, a detailed map with all points of interest and a list of recommended activities. He recommended places to visit very nice. When we asked him where to eat certain dishes, he recommended the best places and even called restaurants to book us Mesa himself. Definitely a lovely and very friendly guy who has a lot of knowledge about the area. All his recommendations were fantastic, we had a great time and the kids were delighted, definitely an experience to repeat. The apartment fully equipped and comfortable. Cleaning service is the best I've ever seen, everything neat, clean and tidy every day. We were even mopped for the dishes and glasses that we forgot to wash from running out to the activities... which was to be thankful. We definitely recommend it 100%, an exemplary host.

The apartment is next to the beach, in an area with many restaurants and services and close to the center of the town and many places of interest. We only stayed for a weekend, and we didn't have to use the car for practically anything. Very positive to have parking, which although not in the building itself is a few meters from the portal. The communication with Leticia was very complete and friendly, pending and available at all times for anything we could need, and facilitating before our arrival a lot of recommendations of tourism, gastronomy and leisure that were very useful to us. We will come back and if it is available I will not hesitate to stay again in this apartment. Thank you, Leticia!

We've been to April. 5 people and 2 dogs and the stay was great. We are assiduous of Gijón and want to repeat in this house. It has supermarkets, restaurants, walking areas, dog areas and no regulated parking area. Muuuuuucho is appreciated to flip to one floor and find a basic of sugar, salt, oil, shower soaps, detergents, scouring, ballet, paper towels,… I usually travel with the full kit, and this time there was everything! Fear to put a pega, but it's about to improve, I would put extenders or thieves in some plugs. And the couch covers are already old. We felt very comfortable. Having parking is also a plus. Thank you for everything!!!

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

We loved staying at this place. The neighborhood was amazing, the place was super comfortable. We were using this place as a landing spot before we found a long-term place in Gijon. This airbnb set a high bar for our long-term rental. Thank you!

The apartment is a chulada and with a breathtaking view that allows you to enjoy San Vicente at all times. Everything was very clean and correct, the key management was very organized. We will definitely do it again.

We loved the place. It's in a very quiet area of Suances, next to the riverbank. The house is beautiful, clean and with all amenities. The fully equipped kitchen with up to 3 types of coffee makers, airfryer and all kinds of utensils. The bedroom is very bright. The spacious and comfortable living room, even had a switch with video games. Beautiful terrace. Close to restaurants, beaches and yet in quiet area. The host, Lia, friendly and nice We loved it.

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

The stay was great. Juana constantly communicated with us to facilitate arrival and comfort during the stay. The apartment is beautiful, very quiet and warm. I would definitely repeat.

We were very happy with the stay. To start, when we were on our way to Suances, the owner of the house wrote to us via WhatsApp to welcome us and to coordinate the keys. Then when we got there, a very friendly guy called us to let us know when we could go and to give us the keys. Also, when we went upstairs, he showed us the floor. Honestly, the attention and treatment was excellent. On the other hand, the house has everything. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace, garage and pool. It's literally one minute from the beach. It can accommodate 5 people, as under the bed there is another mattress and the sofa is made a bed. In the bathroom there is gel and shampoo, and there is also a dryer, hair straighteners, new toothbrushes, a shaving set and they put two large towels and two smaller ones (I suppose that will depend on the number of occupants that the house is going to have). The kitchen also has everything (chairs, pots, cutlery, scissors, juicer, coffee maker, mop, mop, brush...). When we were leaving, we were told to leave the keys inside the house and leave at 11 or 11 and little because other guests had to arrive at 5. In conclusion, I would definitely repeat the experience.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Apartment ideal for two people, quiet and very clean. Perfect for access by car to have a private parking space. Elena communicated with us in advance and told us how to access. Later I advise and provided us. information from San Vicente (restaurants,cafes,supermarkets etc) Highly advisable.

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

The stay was unbeatable, a 10 is short for both the house and Mario. The house is just 2 minutes from the wonderful seaside beach, with all kinds of services very close by. Also, it has parking, something essential in this area. It has everything you need, very new and comfortable apartment. But the most important thing is your host, we had a personal problem and Mario helped us in everything, with the greatest kindness and predisposition possible, thank you very much again. We will return to Suances and return to Mario's house, without a doubt.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Very thoughtful host, we were with little girls and left us in the apartment the high chair, bathtub, crib… in addition to the breakfast that they leave you complimentary upon arrival. Very well located, by the day you can hear the bars below but for us it was not a lot of problem. On the beachfront, and a few minutes walk from the quotation center.

Really enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was so positive. From check in with Pilar, who was very kind and helped me with questions I had and recommended places I might like. The flat has a very calm atmosphere and is a pleasant retreat to return to after exploring Gijon, amazing views. Very central also so you can get everywhere quickly and the neighbourhood is interesting and lively by day. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Will and Pilar!
