Beachfront holiday rental in Llanes

The experience has been wonderful. We have stayed for 5 days the whole family, grandparents, daughters and grandchildren. The house is really better than the photos, spectacular views- I had all kinds of cacharos in the kitchen, for the nine we were. On the beach shore, the waves could be heard. The terraces and their furniture invited us to spend many hours, we even had dinner and tabletop outside . In short, we didn't want to go home. We will recommend to friends and family

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Amazing. Ideal for people and families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist sites and enjoy nature. The stay at Javier's house was very good. Javier is a great host and we felt very comfortable. We even went down one day to eat at the restaurant he runs, where we were able to enjoy an authentic Asturian menu. If you want to go hiking, tranquility and nature, this is the place, and you'll love it. Without a doubt, we would repeat the place and host.

As a host, Javier is very responsive and proactive. The place is as described - everything is spotlessly clean, the room smells great and nicely decorated, kitchen is well equipped. The big plus point for us was that the location is so close to everything you would need to do and see in Llanes, yet still feel very private. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

The house is small but with everything you need. The garden is very spacious and the barbecue is great for dogs. The location is very quiet and independent and close to Playa el huevo frito, you can walk there in 3 minutes and there is also a specific dog beach at the end of Marzan beach. Lots of walking areas and great sea views.

The view is amazing, you can feel the ocean in the house and that alone is worth the vacation. The apartment is very nice and functional. Highly recommended

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. Everything was perfect and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Parking was also easy. Elena met us when we arrived and was ever so friendly.

Both Pechon and the apartment were an absolute delight. Perfect for our family of four. Everything was great and the short walk to a great beach an absolute treat. Would highly recommend

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

Cristina’s place is very clean and well kept. The location is amazing to enjoy the town and the view is incredible. She provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Everything is great. You are at home. The owners are very friendly and very attentive. The house is great well maintained and to the smallest detail. We will be back for sure.

We spent a wonderful few days on vacation, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location near shops and the beach. The only downside I would say is that it is a bit noisy at night due to the bar right downstairs.

very nice stay in Ribadessella. The accommodation is very well located, the view is remarkable. The city is very pleasant and well served by the road network, allowing you to visit the surroundings between the seaside and the mountains, the region is very beautiful. We loved this stay.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
