We are located just a 10-minute drive from Zocca, surrounded by greenery but with the convenience of being just a 300-metre walk from country and the Montombraro swimming pool (water park). Accommodation in a recently renovated, comfortable and functional two-family house on 2 floors. Located 5 minutes from the center of Settimo and minutes from the TO-Mi and TO-AO. The ground floor consists of a living area with kitchen, double sofa bed with TV, half bathroom with washing machine and 1 bathroom with king size shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with a tub. A parking space in the courtyard of the semi-detached house.

L'abitazione è a Crema, dista 45 km da Milano. La fermata del Bus per Milano è a 100 metri. Il centro storico dista circa 1.5 km. A 400 metri ci sono servizi quali: farmacia - supermercati (Eurospin, Ipercoop) - tabaccheria e un osteria/Pub "dal barbarossa" dove puoi gustare piatti tipici locali, frequentato da turisti stranieri e Italiani- Pizzeria - Chiesa - Parrucchiere A 100 metri sul retro della casa si può ragginguere un Parco pubblico, per praticare sport all'aria aperta o rilassarsi.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. We offer a double room with additional sofa-bed, a single room with two beds, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, laundry in the garden. Nearby you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs. Looking forward to seeing you at the Il Melograno!.

In a few steps you are at the port of Moniga del Garda, where you can take walks or have an aperitif. If you are looking for tranquility and evening life, it is an 'excellent choice.

La Casa di Olga

My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is located both in the center of the village and in the center of the Po Delta park, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometers away (ca 10 min). Boat trips are available in the area. The house has 6 bicycles for excursions in the Mesola forest and in the many bikes in the area. For more info, I'll be here to help.

The house is part of a condominium complex with condominium park featuring a big swimming pool and a tennis court which are both accessible for free. The pool is open between 03th June and 29th September. Quiet residential area, surrounded by nature. Holds up to 7 people. Ideal for groups or families. Baby cot and highchair available upon request.

The Azaleas

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

Villa Grifone

The property is located in a townhouse renovated in 2019, in a quiet residential area. Not far away are the Terme Virgilio, free beaches and supermarkets. The Historic Center is reachable by bus. On the ground floor: large living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen communicating with the back terrace, bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor: three bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower. Garage available upon request.

Very central loft in the Navigli area of Milan. The house is situated only a quick 10-minute walk from Romolo underground station (M2) and a 5-minute walk from the canals (Navigli). You will be in one of the youngest, most fashionable, and active areas of the city! The house was just renovated in 2018, with brand new appliances, open concept living space, an elevated bedroom to provide privacy, and huge windows to let in natural light.
