Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Plymouth County

We really enjoyed our stay in Dan’s studio! The space was very clean and filled with thoughtful accommodations. Dan was very responsive and offered to bring down anything we needed - though the studio was very well stocked. The bathroom is spacious and had ample supplies, towels, etc. I especially loved the double sinks and that the shower pressure was strong. We didn’t have time during our trip to really cook but the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The mattress and bedding were quite comfortable and kept us warm which is always something I look for (it was also really easy to adjust the temperature in the space). Additionally, while I appreciated the ample heads up about the potential noise, we didn’t hear a single thing during our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a great stay, Todd! Hosts were very responsive, the unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a great home base while I visited family in town. The weather was wonderful and we were able to have the windows open and enjoy the breeze at night. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, which was much appreciated. I do agree with other reviews about how steep the stairs are. And folks should know that while the kitchen is well stocked, there is no dishwasher. There are also a lot of reminder signs around the unit: quiet hours, shoes off, where to plug in the hair dryer, caution about using multiple appliances simultaneously. Of course, we adhered to them but it was a little funny to be reminded of the rules that were already stated in the listing and beyond. Thanks again for a great stay!

Natalia was a very responsive host. Even when I arrived into Boston past midnight, she was responsive within minutes to facilitate my check-in process. The place was also conveniently located. Great value for 4 rooms with ample amenities.

The place was spacious, super clean with beautiful view, locating in walkable area with lots of stores and restaurants, and close to subway. The hosts were friendly, responsive and communicative. Strongly recommended.

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic house for my family of 7! We loved the location and were sad when we had to leave. Ronda was very proactive in her communication and was always quick to respond with questions. We will definitely think about staying here again when visiting the Cape and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cape Cod!

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and felt very homey—perfect for family time. The photos don’t do it justice, and for that, I would give 4 stars. However, the experience with the hosts left a lot to be desired. I originally booked May 22–25, but on May 21, the property manager told me checkout was May 26 at 11 a.m. Based on that, we planned accordingly. Then, the day before the 26th, they questioned why we were still there and claimed we should have known it was a mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us and demanded immediate payment or departure, leaving no room for discussion. I ended up paying for the extra day to avoid conflict, but it felt like a setup. It’s unfortunate, as the stay could have been perfect otherwise. 4 Stars for the house, 1 star for the hosts.

Our group of friends enjoyed staying at Kate's place. The space was beautiful and was the perfect size and location for our group. We would definitely come back to stay at Kate's place again. There was a problem with the washing machine during our stay but Kate was responsive to our messages and worked quickly to resolve our problem.

Beautiful setting with ocean views and pretty landscaping and gardens view out every window. Easily accommodated six people in our party. Home was equipped with everything we needed. Outside seating, hot tub and grill area are lovely. We had a nor’easter arrive so didn’t get to enjoy outside too much but the little that we did was incredible! Gas fireplace in living room kept dampness at bay and was just lovely. Two inside eating areas were perfect! Would come back in a heartbeat!

The house was spacious and beautiful. It was super clean. Everything was brand new! Beds were comfy! Quiet area, friendly neighbors. Donald gave us a list of recommended places to eat that had Gluten Free options for my son which was helpful since it was our first time on the Cape. He responded quickly day of check in for a question I had. He also called back to make sure everything was perfect after we settled in. We all had a great time and will be back!

What a special place! We had a wonderful time. The house worked well for our family—it was clean and had plenty of space for hanging out, making meals, etc. The location is peaceful and scenic. Our favorite part of the house was the wrap around porch with ocean view. I already miss waking up and having coffee on the porch. Charles and Carol were available when needed and did a nice job welcoming us to the home. Overall, it was a great experience!

We were in town for a graduation and enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean - no issues at all! Tan was quick to respond with a few questions I had and even had Amazon overnight us a fan! Thank you Tan!

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Todd, Thank you for an awesome stay and experience in the Boston area. Your home is so lovely and spacious it made us feel like we were at home. The house was not hard to get to, and there were so many amenities near the property it was easy and quick to get to where we needed in a short distance. The kids loved your backyard it was secluded, clean and spacious, plus the hook game you had was a bonus for them definitely 5 stars. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.
