Cabin holiday rentals in Plumas County

An absolutely fantastic place, great layout, very cozy, private, incredible location. I liked that just about every bedroom has it's own full bathroom, a rare and hard to find commodity when searching for a place to stay on vacation. Another big plus is the amenities of the Nakoma Resort were included, WOW!!! Lets not forget about the views off the back deck of the green on the 6th hole of The Dragon GC. I especially liked the binder showing the lakes around the area, I caught some Largemouth bass at Lake Davis. Looking forward to doing this again next year. The place was great, even bigger than it looks in the listing. The upstairs had the kitchen and primary bedroom plus bathroom and sitting area. The downstairs had the game room, 2 more bedrooms, and another sitting area. The game room was really large, it was a finished 2 car garage, so had a full-sized pool table and a full-sized ping pong table as well as TV and some other games--not the mini versions that you get sometimes. Everything was really clean and plenty of bedding for the 5 beds we used. The location was very central, about 15 minutes to golf and boating at the lake, and under an hour to Lassen Volcanic National Park. I thought it was a great place to stay to visit both the lake and the park.

We rented this home as a team of professionals while in the area for a work project. Travis and Brittany were more than accommodating. Each and every question that we had was answered very quickly and the home was perfect! Keypad instructions, wifi, and every other small detail you might come up with, they have an clearly laid out the answers for. The home is amazing -- and exactly as pictured and desribed in the profile. This is an outstanding place with every comfort of home. The hosts truly do a wonderful with communication when/if needed and otherwise, the home is excellent in every way. We will definitely be bookmarking for future travel to this this area.

This is a wonderful cabin in a peaceful setting. Awesome outdoor space with a huge yard, hot tub and lawn games. Well appointed setup with comfortable beds. Coffee and waffles a nice touch. Communication was excellent and granting us a late checkout on the day our son was headed to his first overnight camp was going above and beyond.

Beautiful place! Was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved being able to grill and chill on the patio! Would 100% stay again!

Beautiful house and location. Kitchen was best stocked we’ve stayed in. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Very happy and would definitely stay again.

This place set the bar for other Airbnb‘s. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. There are always going to be issues that arise, although the difference maker is those Hosts who make themselves available to work through things with you, which is what this host did. Lake Almanor was a hidden gem and we will be returning. Depending on The lake level, the house is about 50 yards from the dock, truly lakefront In the summer months, make sure wake up early to catch the sunrise OR it will wake you up with a sweat! Use the fans provided by the host or else! One last mention, the host has those other essentials ready like bug spray, ziplocks, some extra ice etc. The cherry on top was the TP (or should I say bottom?!), this TP was better than the one I buy for my house - our butts were was on vacation too! For those who need to work or use the Internet, be sure to check in with the host to make sure their internet connection has been upgraded/updated, as it was a bit sl

Best AirBnB rental we've ever had. Everything about the house and yard (fenced in backyard for the dog!) is accurately described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful home. We had a group of 5 adults (two couples and one single) and one large dog. Plenty of space to spread out in the house - for working, studying, napping, playing games, dining, cooking, watching a movie, and just generally hanging out. (Note that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the two full baths, but the downstairs half bath and laundry room is very convenient.) Modern home, and yet warm and almost rustic feeling. We hope to return in spring or summer, and again in winter.

This stay exceeded our expectations. Spent our Christmas here and left before our pop Christmas tree arrived in the mail. Thankfully, there was a Christmas tree along with other Christmas decorations already up, all throughout the house and outside. It made our holiday special. Also, the only kitchen we’ve seen fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils to make homemade meals. Thank you Brad for the attention to detail. There was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and beautifully updated. The propane fireplace gave the home a cozy feel and the large kitchen island was perfect for family game play. There were plenty of blankets and towels and the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband and boys enjoyed fishing at the lake nearby and caught a large rainbow trout that we cooked up and was delicious. All instructions were clear and everything worked perfectly! We had an excellent stay, despite the smoke from the Park fire. Karen was very responsive and willing to work with us if we decided the smoke was going to be too much. The house was beautifully decorated and worked perfect for our family of 4. Having a boat slip you could see from the balcony was such a nice touch. The neighbors were all very nice. We will be back!

Cody's place was very accommodating. The accommodations were nice, comfortable, and clean. As a host, Cody was excellent, responsive, and very kind. I recommend his place—it's a great deal.

We enjoyed our stay at Judy’s cabin! The space was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having AC units throughout the home since it was warm at night. The griddle and outdoor space was perfect for dinners. We’d love to come back!

The cabin was amazing!!! The view spectacular!!! Loved everything about it! We were in the area for a wedding. While putting things away I discovered that I forgot my dress!!!! I called Tiffany to ask were to go shopping for one, she offered to let me borrow one of hers!!! How incredibly sweet! I ended up wearing black slacks and a nice top that I had as I couldn't find anything in Quincy. I was way more comfortable!!! Turned out better for me :) Love how the hall bath has access from the bedroom. Perfect place for two couples! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Tiffany!!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lakeside cabin. The star feature is definitely the private boat slip, launch, and on-site trailer parking—if you’re bringing a boat, this place is hard to beat. Only a few other cabins were occupied during our visit, so parking was easy and the resort felt quiet and relaxed. Inside, the cabin looks practically brand-new and the décor is charming without feeling overdone. The layout is clever: two bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bath) sit on opposite sides of a central living room and kitchen, giving everyone privacy but also a comfy gathering space. The kitchen is fully stocked, neatly organized, and the market across the street fills any gaps. The wrap-around deck gives you a solid lake view and an easy place to hang out after a day on the water. Just know the road is close; early-morning trailer traffic can be noisy. Overall, a well-designed, well-stocked cabin in an ideal spot for boaters. We’d stay again.
