Puteți găti în bucătăria complet utilată și servi masa într-un living încăpător. Vă puteți relaxa citind o carte în biblioteca de la parter sau în zona de citit de la etaj. Afară găsiți o zonă plină de umbră și vă puteți relaxa în hamace, la foișor unde aveți grătar, cuptor, plită.Sau puteți juca biliard, darts, air-hockey, vă puteți răcori într-un jacuzzi gonflabil.
