La casa, circondata da campi e con una bellissima vista sul mare del Plemmirio, si trova in un'area naturale di straordinaria bellezza e tranquillità. E' adatta e aperta a tutti NB: Macchina indispensabile. Al piano di sopra c'è un piccolo appartamento indipendente appartenente ad altri proprietari. Mare più vicino: Scala Ruiz a 350 m a piedi. E' un luogo dove potete dimenticarvi di tutto sapendo però che, se volete, in dieci minuti siete a Siracusa, con la sua cultura e la sua vita mondana.

Allisola Country Villa - casa Ulivo

Allìsola è un'antica residenza siciliana, immersa nella splendida area protetta del Plemmirio, a pochi km da Siracusa. Da un unico corpo sono state ricavate tre raffinate case, indipendenti fra loro, inserite in un unico grande spazio esterno con angoli verdi, terrazze e una rilassante piscina. A disposizione degli ospiti c’è una terrazza privata con arredamento per esterni, un grande giardino con piscina in condivisione con gli ospiti della struttura e un parcheggio immerso in un uliveto.
