Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Playas del Coco

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

The condo was perfect for our 10-day stay in Playa Del Coco. Plenty of space for two couples, cool AC, great patio with pool view, well equipped kitchen, all as shown in photos. We walked to the grocery store, to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the beach club, the pools, and pickleball courts. Raquel from Brokers was very helpful and patient, proactive and communicative from the time we reserved through our departure.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I would add in the bathroom are hooks to hang the towels. The stay was great and the pool beautiful.

The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

My family and I enjoyed an excellent weekend in Luxana, the apartment is very safe, well-equipped and very comfortable, as shown in the photos, Ana and Luis always answered our questions and made sure we felt in the best way, surrounded by restaurants and shops in general and 10-20 minutes by car from the main beaches, the apartment was available before check-in and they allowed us to leave a few hours after check-out, which allowed us to enjoy it more... I would definitely go back to Luxana!

You are across the street from a beach that has the most beautiful waves you can get lost in. I stayed out there for an hour just watching them, probably nicest waves I’ve seen here. Oddly enough, after staying in several brand new Tamarindo homes - this home had the LEAST amount of ants / spiders. I didn’t see any. I did spray OFF at the entrance once and it did seem to work for the entire week. Kept the door closed ofcourse so no mosquitos. We walked up to the pizza/pasta restaurant and absolutely loved it. They make kids pizza in Disney shaped and a kids margarita. We had steak with chimichurry next door at the Lebanese restaurant which was so good. The Indian restaurant directly behind is great too. We picked up a few times. I’d say plan to eat out because the restaurants are good on this street and walkable. This was also the safest street I’ve experienced in all of Costa Rica. I felt comfortable walking at night and that was new for me. Location is great!

great locations and nice pool in the complex. some decent stairs so would recommend a lower unit for anyone who has trouble. the hosts communicated well through messaging and arranged for a golf cart(added fee but worth it) to be there when we arrived. that way we could hop around the whole resort.

The house comes with everything you need and the kitchen is very well equipped, it is a quiet place and close to beaches. Fernando treated us very well and was always very attentive to our inquiries, I recommend it, I would definitely come back.

This villa felt like one of the stunning, stylish villas you see on the TV show Love Island! Every space was beautifully designed, modern, and luxurious — the perfect setting to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. I also really appreciated that the villa included concierge service, which made everything effortless, including arranging a private chef for us. From start to finish, everything about this stay was seamless and elevated. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!

Overall, our family had a great experience staying here. The owner and property manager were very friendly and responsive. The beach, markets and restaurants were only a short walk away. The house had all the amenities we wanted/needed, making it a very comfortable stay. The coffee they provided was so good we had to buy some to take home with us.

Had an amazing stay at this place in Playa Grande! The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The pool and the entire property were absolutely stunning – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Rancho Alegre was amazing. A stunning and absolutely beautiful home. The living areas were perfect for our large group - dinners, games etc. and what an awesome pool. One day we opted for the pool over the beach. The bedrooms are beautiful and expansive, each with a walkin closet and luxury hotel worthy en suite bathroom. Hacienda Pinilla is also amazing - beaches are probably the best we have ever been to, the rec activities - golf, tennis, pickle ball and mountain biking were all fun as well. And we saw monkeys and iguanas everyday. And one day saw the Red Macaws. WOW! We cannot wait to book again and go back, this time for a longer stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Giving Tree. The location is perfect if you want to be close to Tamarindo but enough of a distance to avoid the main hustle and bustle. The proximity to Playa Longosta Beach Club and access included with the house is a HUGE perk. The layout was great for our group of 10. Having a separate casita by the pool was great for a couple of teenage girls. All the rooms with spacious and well equipped with what we needed. The pool was a bit smaller than the pictures, but that did not prove to be a big issue. The golf cart and groceries management pre-arranged for us were a great convenience and meant we got our vacation started right away. Overall this was an amazing vacation. We’ve stayed in Tamarindo several time and would definitely go back to Casa Giving Tree!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was close to everything including the beach and lots of restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book again.

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

Emilie's condo was perfect. It was easy to check in and the instructions were very clear. The unit was on the second floor with 2 separate bedrooms and a bed in the loft. It had a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and pans for cooking and preparing food. Plenty of beach chairs, pool towels and other things to make it feel like home. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and well maintained - felt like being in a tropical forest. The other residents were also friendly. The BEST part was how helpful and responsive Melissa, Emilie's assistant, was. Melissa was always VERY friendly, answered any questions I had about the condo and how to get to places. Always answered in minutes of my requests. She was proactive with check in and check out instructions and all were very detailed. This made us feel at home.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful and quiet spot. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The pool was great to have as well. The unit is bigger than it looks in the pictures, lovingly taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our family - greatly appreciated the amply supplies.

This was our second time booking a stay through Melissa. She is a fantastic host who is very responsive, reliable and accommodating. The condo is beautiful and in a fantastic location - we would definitely stay again.

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
