The house is located in the safest area of Tijuana and inside a private community with a green area. • 5 minutes from Estadio Caliente (stadium). •10 Minutes from downtown Tijuana. •15 Minutes from the International Border Crossing. •20 Minutes from Playas de Tijuana. Parking in front of the house, You have access to green areas. There are two twin beds. Come and discover Tijuana!

Complete apartment in 2nd floor, with 2 bedrooms, for maximun 4 people. comfortable Queen beds, recliner. Ideal , for couples, to work remotely, business, doctor appointments. NO PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERY. You can move easily by public transport, Uber or walking in the area. Independent entrance, located at the back of the house, well lit , 4 blocks from the beach. Safe comercial zone. Public transport around the corner. Restaurants, coffe shops, markets, banks, squares a few steps away.
