Walk right out of unit with no need to hassle with elevators Maximum of 2 adults over 18 (may have 4 total guests if kids) Not a party atmosphere with mostly owners at complex. Gated complex that is very safe and secure! 20 minutes to amazing oceanfront golf course baja mar!
