New clean, quite well maintained building w/Gym, Salon & Heated pool w/ bathrooms, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables & chairs both awesome to chill, watch the ocean and watch the sunset from! Private beach access. Playa Brujas most consistent surf breaks in Mazatlan! 4 km of cleanest quietest uncrowded Maz beach to walk along. Great restaurants outside gates, also 4km of well lit beautiful bike/walking trail!

The entire first floor and the master bedroom have ample ocean views, as well as three balconies and one more with a panoramic view of the city. Areas such as the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the TV room are very spacious. The total area is approximately 3700sqf.
