Newly renovated, very bright apartment with an open-plan kitchen and living room. It has 134 square meters. It has three spacious bedrooms, one with a 135 cm double bed and en suite bathroom, the second with two 90 cm single beds, and the third with two double trundle beds. Central air conditioning (hot and cold), two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The pool is open from May 23th to October 19th. Just 400 meters from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, taxis, banks, etc.

Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

The apartment is located in a building that has common green areas and a community pool open only in the summer season from approximately June 23 to September 21. There is a cafeteria bar in the complex, supermarket and hairdresser. The apartment is a very nice, charming and functional studio. With extraordinary sea views. Air conditioning and television. Más céntrico es imposible.
