The apartment is located in the commercial area just steps from the best beach in the north of the island. Also very close to the best warehouses and restaurants. At night it is a quiet and safe place, far from the noise of bars and clubs. The apartment is in perfect condition, recently completely remodeled. It has two air-conditioned rooms, two full bathrooms (with shower), living room, dining room and a small kitchen fully equipped.

The building has a 24-hour reception, and jaccuzy on the top floor of the building. The spratt bight beaches are only a 3 minute walk from the building, and also from the "I love San Andres" sign.
