Security cameras on the outside of the house and common areas. Indoor parking for 2 cars and outdoor parking for 3.

During the winter season (April to November), we offer a special discounted rate due to nearby construction, which may cause noise from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, and on Saturdays until 12 pm. There is no construction on Sundays and public holidays.
