Second time staying here, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and the apartment is nice, and comfortable. The location is perfect, and a nice walking distance to great restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

We spent a few incredible days in Pulpos. The place was spotless, super organized, and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the ocean waves from the place, a lot of peace was breathed. The host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without problems thanks to the good internet. A great plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place a lot. Would definitely recommend this house and come back enchanted 🫶🏽

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Johanna’s place! The home is bright, comfortable, and just steps from a stunning beach—truly a great deal. Johanna was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima. We came as a family and would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the ocean.

The house is very nice , it has everything for a nice and fun weekend, my companions and I had a great time. Communication with Jorge was very smooth and always attentive to every query and doubt. We'll definitely be back soon !

I really liked the little house, ideal for sharing with friends or family. Accessible to everything and you are close by several venues and shops. Claudia is super attentive to any questions and the directions on how to use everything in the super Claro casita. I liked to have the independence in key since it can be lost and the house is for several people. Excellent everything

A highly recommended place, with all the amenities mentioned. The manager María Paula, was always attentive and provided accurate information, as well as solved some difficulties that were presented with the water. It is a cozy place to spend with the whole family and perfect for children to have fun.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, the house is spacious so that a family of 8 comfortably occupies it, the pool has a good location in the house since it always had shade and the beach is 1 block from the house, it is very close. I took my 2 dogs that are large and comfortable in the house, and when I took them out to do their needs I never had any problems with any neighbor. Mr. Jorge was always attentive to any communication from me and is very kind.

The house was very nice, clean and tidy. My little ones had a lot of fun, it was easy to get there. Especially ivonne's friendliness and how easy it is to communicate with her. I highly recommend it.

A very nice view, the beach is small and it fills fast, but one can accommodate. The beach is ideal for swimming and children.

The apartment has a very good view, it is also well equipped and organized, Barbara was always lending to help us. It was a very good stay.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was great and in order. Some things for maintenance such as filtration in the bathroom, but otherwise the place has a good location and all the tools to spend pleasant days in the week.

Nice and clean apartment, good location, easy to get to, it has everything you need to spend days relaxing, close to the beach and the condominium has pools you can use, which were clean and the surroundings of the condominium too, a quiet place. Sarah the host always pending and lends a helping hand.

Good location with an excellent view , everything was as shown in the photos and description. I would recommend it to couples and groups of friends. We went with a baby and a child under 2 years old and we would have preferred that there is a common area inside the house ( the dining room and room are outdoors as seen in the photos ) by the afternoon/evening wind, but that I don't think it's a problem if you get huddled or go in summer .
