In the portal there are 2 parking spaces for the disabled. A parking space in the garage is available. And 2 elevators.

Decorated with care and detail. It has a very nice small balcony overlooking the Ría. Very central, the building has no elevator but it is on the third floor with a beautiful and spacious staircase.
