El apt estaba como se mostró en la foto,limpio,cómodo, buenas condiciones y parking privado frente a puerta del estudio tiene agua caliente muy amable los propietarios, recomendado full.

I made a late reservation for this place. They could have easily cancel the reservation, instead, they communicated with me to allow them some time to clean the place. Once the were done cleaning the inform me that I could check in and if needed I were allowed to check out later if needed. The place was spotless and very comfy. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay at Lillian's place in Ponce, Puerto Rico! The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The thoughtful amenities she included were incredibly helpful and made my experience even more enjoyable. Loved this stay! First time in Ponce and if I return I will always choose here. The apartment is great, everything you need is available. Great communication with the host. Cold ac and ceiling fan. Decor is beautiful just like I would use in my own home. House feels welcoming, clean bathroom and nice quiet neighborhood. Radames is a wonderful host.

We are repeat visitor to this location. We absolutely love the privacy and the security and the convenience of everything. Wonderful Courtyard felt right at home and we will continue to use the space each time we visit the area.

I had lost my key from the other rental place iam staying at for a week the host said i had to wait for the next day to get in n pay for a copy of the key i asked him at 9pm for help i was willing to pay anybody to come open the door for me but that didnt happen i thank God Ray answered me fast n last minute n kind of late i was looking for the casino hotel in the area but it was full thank you Ray God Bless you and your home i know when i come back to PR this cozy modern apt is perfect for 1 or 2 max

Everyone enjoyed staying at the Villa Mar Caribe. It was clean and updated and affordable. The instructions for access was well explained in detail. The surrounding neighbors were very nice and respectful. I definitely recommend this place.

The place is fully equipped with everything you need to stay there's as long as you need. Private garage is a plus with a door entrance in the same garage. They had a toothbrush and toothpaste, which is helpful when you didn’t bring yours. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap too which is really useful if you are missing one of them. The place was really clean, good air conditioners and an awesome bed! Thank you! Happy customer for the service here!

Very clean and comfortable place in a quiet residential area within a short drive to a great beach. The patio was great with the spa and grill. Cool A/C in both bedrooms and the living room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Love the place the area, the jacuzzi first time in my life would have loved to use it more all the way to the end of my vacation but after several days it didnt smell good the apt is amazing i have to say that
