The duplex penthouse is 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach, which has completed its wooden boardwalk in December 2023. The apartment is located in a gated community with well kept garden and 4 pools (1 heated all year round). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. From all of the terraces you have sea views. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the terrace with the jacuzzi bathtub. The primary bedroom has another terrace facing east (sunrise) and has a small coffee table.

Auch Golfliebhaber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, denn die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe einiger der schönsten Golfplätze der Costa del Sol. Villa was stunning in a newly developed extremely private gated area. Villa was very spacious and clean, decorated beautifully and modern, the outdoor areas maintained well, enjoyed the table tennis and pool was a great size for activity - we paid extra for pool heating and would recommend this even when the weather is warm. Host was very helpful in arrival details and offered airport transfers and other services and very responsive to messages if any help was needed, we had a slight issue with a neighbour but absolutely no fault of the host and was super helpful to offer assistance so no problem with the villa whatsoever. Would recommend a car rental as it is hard to walk up hill in heat and taxis struggle or refuse to get in/out of gates and very long steep walk to the nearest shop but only a short drive from Banús and other areas and beaches so overall a good location only 10 mins from everything Would certainly return, everything was great, well priced and overall great trip

Loved our stay at Las Salinas! The house was perfect for us - better than expected - loads of space, a great kitchen and lovely roof terrace. The whole area is immaculately kept - it’s private and quiet, and we felt very safe - and a bonus of being right on the beach. Would definitely go back and will recommend for friends!
