Condo holiday rentals in Playa Langosta

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy completo en cuanto los artefactos de la cocina. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Lo único es que es poco accesible para adultos mayores o personas con algún tipo de discapacidad ya que se accede por gradas hasta el tercer piso.

Me encantó la propiedad !!! Súper conveniente la ubicación. Todo limpio y ordenado. El administrador nos facilitó toda la información desde el día uno! La piscina está con poco gente, es linda y grande !! Se puede caminar a tamarindo en 15 minutos sin problemas Se ve la vegetación de la playa desde la propiedad. Bello para salir a caminar o correr por Langostas Recomendada!!!

Fantastic place to stay with an amazing pool! Nice and clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. Alejandro is a responsive host and a great communicator. It’s our second time staying in the same complex, and we will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great tucked away place. Super close to the downtown area and the beach. Definitely a great place to stay for a party of one, two, or three.

We absolutely LOVED this place! Very spacious for our family of 4 (two teenagers who each had their own room). The concierge service was super helpful and friendly any time we reached out to them. We booked an ATV excursion through them and there were several other great options. The place was beautifully decorated along with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. We stopped at the Price Smart(like a Costco) after we got our rental car for groceries, so glad we did that! There is a small grocery store in Brasilito for smaller items as well. The Beach Club was a wonderful perk to have access to other pools, a gym, and the beach. Definitely plan on coming back to this place!

Nos encantó este lugar, cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Se nota el amor al diseñar cada espacio del lugar con todos los detalles que colocan, se siente uno como en casa. Hermosas las 2 terrazas, frontal y trasera. Y la piscina increíble. Super cerca del centro y de la playa, pudimos ir y venir caminando. Mi esposo, mi hijo, mi perrito y yo nos fuimos muy felices, deseando regresar algún día.

El lugar es muy lindo. Apartamento amplio, con todo lo necesario y más. Es fácil de accesar, su ubicación es excelente. Distancia a pie de restaurantes, bares, tiendas, bancos y la playa. Me encantó el lugar y lo recomiendo mucho. Excelente estadía

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Fantastic stay at this condo. For two people the condo is large but if you could swing it financially, do it. The extra room was great to have. Kitchen was complete. Anything you need was there. Bedrooms were big with their own bathrooms. Definitely would recommend this condo. I’ll be back. Tony

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

What an awesome stay. Really loved the proximity to the beach, nightlife and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great value for money! The pool was awesome, very clean and well maintained. The condo is a little old, but functional, great value for money. she provides enough pots and pans and basics like oil, salt, pepper, coffee sugar to cook breakfast easily. 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Silvia is very responsive and helpful. Place is very safe and secure.

Joe & Libby's place is a lovely retreat - close to everything in Tamarindo but feels very serene due to the layout of the property. It was nice to have a quiet spot with parking readily available and still be able to walk to the beach and all the action. Great hosts, super responsive and helpful and would 100% recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay at Tammy's condo! The location was amazing—walking distance to everything. The common area with the pool was super cute and a great place to relax. It was the perfect spot for my friend and me—comfortable, convenient, and full of charm. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in lots of places with AirBnb, but this place was extra special. The views were incredible. We loved having the beach so close by and the marina with walkable restaurants. Very safe area day and night. Then there was two pools on site both with views. We saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees behind the apartments on day 2 a real bonus. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a welcome bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our holiday! Book this apartment we won’t regret it! Thanks so much for hosting us!

What a beautiful place!! The condo was everything like or better than the pictures . The location and the views from the deck and patio could not be closer to the ocean . The grounds and pool were very well taken care of . The white sand beach was wonderful to walk on every morning . Such a clean and safe beach . The concierge was very responsive and helped book some excursions and a golf cart for us . The workers also set up chairs with towels under an umbrella everyday. The condo itself was extremely comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked . We made dinner there 3 nights . We did walk to Coco Loco for dinner 2 nights and it is right next to the property . We preferred walking to the other places ( Margaritaville , JPs bar and grill and Hibiscus Bagel and cafe) in the day since the streets are narrow and not well lit. We did not rent a car so rented a golf cart to go to the grocery store and drive to the marina . We had a wonderful and relaxing stay .

We loved it here! Within walking distance to the beach, shops and food. It was also great coming back and hanging by the pool. Mandy and Toh were friendly and communication was smooth.
