Amazing value for the money. The accommodation is 3 minutes walk from the Mediterranean and 5 (there is a traffic light) from the Minor Sea. The living room and na bedroom have air conditioning and the others have a fan, perfect for not dying asados. The terrace has orientation to the minor sea so for eating it is complicated but the terrace table can be put in and comes fresh with the air. The development has a swimming pool and playground. There is parking but in August it is almost impossible to use it, but less than a 10-minute walk away there is a free public parking. Near the place there are restaurants, small super, and just below a great takeaway (price, quality and variety) Angelica has everything in the apartment, full kitchen, washing machine, small dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and even beach chairs. We had a great 15 days.

Carlos is a great host: friendly, accommodating, very responsive. The apartment is a dream! It is right by the sea and we could hear the sound of the sea in every room. Beautiful. It is perfectly furnished with cooking utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There are heaters in the bedroom and living room as well as a small mobile oven in the bathroom. There are many blankets and bath towels. The Wi-Fi is super fast: perfect for remote work! We were there in January. It was very empty and quiet then. We had the parking lot and beach almost to ourselves. Many restaurants and shops are closed then. But there is enough to reach by car. There is also a bus. The surroundings are beautiful: sandy beach, many exciting cities (e.g. Cartagena, Murcia), beautiful nature and lighthouses. It is worth driving all the way up to the top of the tip of La Manga: We saw flamingos there! We highly recommend this apartment!

Very clean apartment, very nice contact with the hostess and also with the staff on site. Very nice sea and quiet. Clean, beautiful pool facility. Car is highly recommended for families. The osmosis system was the special thing, very convenient. We will be happy to come back.

Jose’s apartment is modern and beautiful. Easy to get to, lovely views, easy parking and great amenities. Jose was really nice and very responsive, located in a quieter area of La Manga. Would definitely go again!
