Family-friendly holiday rentals in Playa Encanto

This property is not only spacious, accommodating 12 of us easily while allowing for plenty of personal space and no competition for bathrooms. Adults and kids found their little nooks and peaceful spots in the house and/or on the deck and balcony. The beach was incredibly accessible and we felt like we had our own personal pathway to it (even though technically it is part of the community, the way the house is situated makes it feel private.) It was so nice to just look out the windows or sit on the deck and see and hear the waves. We were right next to the security gate, which was very reassuring, and the guards were helpful and great resources for info about the community, etc. One potential thing to consider is that if you are planning on cooking a lot of big evening meals, the lighting in the kitchen is very limited. During the day it's fine! The house is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We found almost anything we were looking for that we needed-- even a ball pump!

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.

She's incredibly responsive, super helpful, and can answer any questions you may have—whether it's about parking, late check-out, or other details. The apartment itself is spacious and feels homey. The tennis courts are fantastic, just show up, with lights you can control yourself. The resort is nice—nothing too fancy—but there's a swim-up bar and had a live band on Friday. You'll find plenty of beach vendors, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The view is truly breathtaking. It’s so easy to arrive: just pull up to the main gate, get checked in with access bracelets, and head straight to the apartment—no need for front desk check-ins or outs. The beach is a short walk away, the gym is nearby, parking is simple, and the whole place feels very safe. Our family loved it and would definitely return. It comfortably fits two couples, with two large bedrooms.

This place exceeded our expectations—even better than the pictures. The house is beautifully put together, super comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our group of four couples, with two bedrooms on each side for added privacy. The location? Safe, peaceful, and right on the beach with beautiful views. We spent countless hours on the spacious patio watching dolphins swim by. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and in great working order. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked (rare for a rental!) and the entire space felt thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a serene, beachside escape where comfort meets Mexican style—this is it. We are already talking about our next trip to this destination. 🏠💙

Place was exactly as described, it was perfect for my family if 10 including an infant, a toddler and 2 boys. The view was beautiful! 10/10 recommend!

This was our second time at this condo and we loved it. Large beds, ground floor with a large patio. We were 6 people and a dog and there were plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. The patio has a little gate that you can open to enter the premises, which is super convenient, especially with our dog. We can just hop out back and take him to the beach without ever having to be near the busy street. Quick walk, too. Great food at the restaurant. Minigolf is basic but still a fun activity. Premises are clean and quiet. Will definitely be back.

Casa de Nelson is nicely situated within Los Conchas. Being more towards the center of the strip, access is easy and getting to downtown areas is quick. The house simply feels like a beach house and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of everything when it comes to kitchen and appliances, seating areas and comfy sofas, bedrooms/bathrooms and amenities etc. The place has everything you need, except one thing I would have preferred is maybe more comfortable/non-plastic seating for the patio. I know the salt air takes it's toll on patio furniture, but the plastic adirondack chairs just weren't comfortable to me and I ended up just sitting on the wall instead. Minor inconvenience. But, take advantage of the location and hang on the beach or just under the roof line and escape the sun with plenty of shade. The house is set up really nice and again, "a nice beachy feel". We had our two senior dogs along and it was a good setup for them as well. All in all, a really nice find!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was cozy and perfect for our little getaway. We specifically chose this unit because it’s just a few steps from the pool and to top it off, it was heated! The kitchen is fully functional, and there were plenty of towels all around the unit, which was super convenient.We’d love to come back and enjoy more time here.A few helpful notes, especially if you’re traveling with your mother-in-law:Master Bedroom with a big closet (though only a few hangers)..The bed is very comfy but sits a bit high.The bunk bed is a little too high for toddlers.The bathroom in the room is a bit tight for larger people, but the shower is surprisingly big.Guest Bedroom:No closet access, but there’s a drawer chest.The shower drains slowly, so plan for quick showers or it might turn into a mini pool. Pet-friendly, but pets aren’t allowed in pool area.There’s a mini-market nearby Great for last-minute needs like napkins, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, water and snacks.

The house was large with 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms. The kitchen was large and had a beautiful view of the water. The walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes and the beach itself was quiet and beautiful. The tide went out each day leaving tidepools to explore along the entire beach. Andrew was excellent, kind, and very responsive. We would highly recommend this rental!

Cleanliness is the most important thing for me when I book an airbnb and Sal's place was spotless. He was very communicative and made us feel welcome. His place looks just like the pictures and even better in person. We would definitely stay at Sal's again.

Great stay! They let us check in earlier but when we arrived, cleaning lady was still cleaning; she was so nice and allowed us to leave our luggage while she was cleaning. We return later and house was spotless. Beds are comfortable! Kitchen could be a better equipped as it is a large one with a few stuffs. There are no toiletries so bring your own. Pool was not very clean, could’ve been because it was chilly and no one was really using it. Location is great, no far from downtown, no far from the beach, but far enough to have a quiet and peaceful stay. Great for families!
