A 105 m2 penthouse with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium of another 100 m2 with stunning 360º views of the Mediterranean, the Sierra Cabrera mountains and Mojácar Pueblo. Located on the first floor of a house with only two units. It is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds), two full bathrooms (guest bathroom with a shower and master bedroom bathroom with a shower, bathtub and double sink), a terrace and a fantastic private solarium with ocean views. It has a terrace with sofas. In addition, the solarium is divided into three areas: dining area, barbecue area, and chill-out area with hammocks.

Historic cortijo in the heart of the Cabo de Gata National Park, A typical and historic property, fully renovated in keeping with the local character. A testament to the past life in this region of Andalusia, as desert-like as it is magical, the building dates back 250 to 300 years and retains all its period features: the only chicken coop/dovecote in the region, an aljibe (water tank) in perfect working order, a bread oven converted into a stable, and the main house.

A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.
