The house is in the middle of an old neighborhood, away from tourist residences in Santa Lucia de Tirajana , 29 km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest larger supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is located in the village. The Tirajana Valley is ideal for hiking lovers. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.

Small single-family home, located in Playa de Arinaga. Very bright and ideal for couples, or couples with children. Centrally located and very quiet, in one of Arinaga's main avenues. It consists of a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a living room with TV and internet and two sofa beds and two sofa beds, well-lit kitchen and a small bathroom. On the roof that is walkable, there is an outdoor shower with two hammocks and the laundry room.
