Great apartment a few meters from the beach. Beautiful views of the sea and the Cabo de Palos lighthouse. Beachfront. A residential development with a swimming pool. Close to shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Close to Cabo de Palos and close to very beautiful protected areas such as Calblanque and Calarreona. Ideal for sports lovers. You'll love it, it's a quiet place, it has a terrace with great ocean views. My accommodation is good for couples or families (with children).

Pool open 6/15 to 9/15. A doorman lives in the building year-round. Sports areas: basketball and soccer. Right on the waterfront and spacious spaces for play and relaxation.
