Holiday rentals with a pool in Playa de Santa Ana

We all had a lovely stay at the apartment and miss being there. The property was ideally located with breathtaking views and peaceful. Marco was very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent stay and we would love to go back again.

We booked Penelope’s beautiful villa a year ago, in celebration of Grandad’s big birthday. It was to be the first time we had all had a holiday together, with ages ranging from 70 to 2 years old, and young ones flying in from London and Sweden. The villa and pool were perfect in every way - generously and thoughtfully equipped, from the kitchen utensils to the toys, and the fantastic range of pool and beach games, etc. The furnishings are of a high standard and the villa spotlessly clean, with endless hot water, comfortable beds and other modern conveniences. We were two minutes’ walk from the beach and the main front, with a choice of restaurants and bars if desired. Penelope was close by and on hand to deal with any questions - she was so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. In short, we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and cannot thank Penelope enough for her hospitality.

We are very happy with your stay. The place is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. It provides rest and a lot of privacy. It is very well equipped, especially the kitchen - there is nothing missing. The views are beautiful. The whole house is very clean. A place that is most definitely worth recommending, we will definitely return to it :)

What a wonderful time we had at Casueña. Alicia and Jorge were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, and fun. They met us at the villa and showed us everything we needed to know, and then were always on hand for anything else we needed. The villa was so well equiped, including basic food, tea, coffee, and fruit to get us going. Also, on the first morning, Alicia and Jorge gave us a basket of eggs from their own chickens! We loved the beautiful furniture, artwork and ornaments which all added to Casueña's charm. Since the weather was hot we spent most of our time in the stunning garden and lovely pool. Beautiful mature plants, shrubs and trees made the garden feel magical, as did the many birds who visited including a familly of swallows. A short trip (about 2 miles) down to the village of Santa Rosalía provided a good supermarket (open every day), cafes, and restaurants. Thank you Alicia and Jorge - you are very special people and we will definitely be back to visit you and Casueña.

My host Ana went above and beyond her duties as a host when our transport back to the airport fell short she stepped in and got us their what more could one ask The villa was amazing and Ana was always willing to give advice if needed. All I can say is she was first class 👍

The accommodation was central and everything was within walking distance. Sergio met us on arrival and was very responsive and helpful afterwards with recommendation etc. The apartment was spotless and spacious (we were 7 adults and had no issue). Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Joaquin's. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely welcoming, attentive and professional. The apartment is superb, tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. Nothing is missing: the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the utensils are quality, the bedding is very comfortable, the storage well thought out... everything is there to feel at home. But the real gem is the penthouse itself, an incredible, bright, quiet place with a magnificent view. Joaquin was one of the best hosts we've met on Airbnb: always available, responsive and very kind. A huge thank you also for carrying our suitcases on arrival, a simple gesture but so appreciated! It's a flawless one. We'll be back without a second thought. Again, thank you for this great experience!

I absolutely do not regret staying here, Carla was very nice, very well informed for the arrival as for the departure, very responsive, the accommodation, as described, very clean, very nice, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, location 2 minutes from the beach, view of the beach, nothing to add, everything was great 💕 Thanks again Carla

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Very close to the marina, beach, restaurants and shops, right on the beachfront. Apartment is ideal for a couple, good size, with all one needs for a stay of a few days or a week or two. Check-in with hotel reception was quick and effortless. We easily found a place in the hotel car park which was a plus. The view from the balcony of the apartment was stunning and the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine. Unwinding by the hotel pool to top up your tan was a great experience, many hotels we have stayed at in the past did not have an ample amount of sun loungers, not here, there are plenty and there is no need to dash down to the pool at 7am to place your towel on one. ;) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jimmy & Nadine's apartment and the best compliment we can give is - we would not hesitate to stay there again, only for longer next time. Communication was quick and on point. Thanks!

We enjoyed staying at Ana's place, the apartment is modern and tastefully renovated. Everything was clean and smelled good. The kitchen had every kitchenware we needed, but be advised you need to bring your own cooking essentials(oil, seasoning, tea, coffee etc.) The view to the sea is beautiful and it is very close to the park. The doors and windows are not soundproof, but I have seen this is a common issue in Spain. So you can hear noise from the street.

Cristina was an excellent host. Flexible with the arrival, he gave us local recommendations, he was attentive, everything was very good. The apartment is just like the photos and is in a nice area.

Sonia is an amazing host with a beautiful apartment. She couldn't be more helpful, so quick to communicate, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, really homely and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and literally everything you could think of that might be needed is provided. The location is spot on, walking distance to everything while being quiet and peaceful at the apartment. We cant wait to come back!!! And recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a place to stay. Awesome villa, that feels really special. We were a group of two families and it was great for us. There are different areas that can be used for different things; a lovely barbecue space and the pool is right beside the kitchen/outdoor eating space. Lots of stairs so something to watch if you have very young children or accessibility issues. Would thoroughly recommend. Eva and family were lovely, very helpful, and responsive. A car is definitely needed, even just to pop up to Mijas, which is worth it.

The house was very nice, very spacious! Pool was not heated but luckily we had a lot of sunny days during our visit. Outdoor kitchen was quite dirty so we didn't use the grill or the kitchen at all. We had some problems to get the taxi to the house, but when you walk about 500m to the "main street" you can have the taxi easier, also bus stop was near so it was easy to take the bus to the Malaga centrum.

Second stay in Casa Querida, and we loved it again. A five minute walk to the beach and a supermarket, but we were happy relaxing in the villa and by the pool. Super place!

We had a great holidays with our family there. Felt like at home ! From town centre only 15 min far , amazing location and a view! Highly would recommend to family’s with kids ! 👍😍

It was an absolutely beautiful stay. The villa was incredible, with everything you’d need. We had 16 people stay at the villa and there was more than enough room. Taxi’s were available within 2 minutes. The scenery was stunning. The marina is a 10 minute taxi with lovely restaurants. Supermarkets are close by too. 10/10 stay, would definitely stay again!!

The Villa and location are really great with onsite parking and the private swimming pool a real plus. The Villa is large , very well equipped inside but the finishing touches are missing particularly if you are a family. There are no seat covers on the outside dining area ..which you use all the time. There are no beach towels to use on sun loungers or beach and no hairdryer which means you will have to pack or buy these items. The BBQ is not suitable to cook on, it is a one man portable camping bbq and totally useless. There was only 2 of us staying so this was not really a problem for us and we would happily re-book.
