El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Casa do Troco used to be an old trading house with a barbershop and a ballroom, where the inhabitants of the neighbouring villages danced to the sound of a local accordion player. Today it is a spacious house with a swimming pool, an old outside threshing floor turned into a terrace and a giant cooking and dining space with a kitchen island that invites you to cook with family and friends. Beautiful townhouse with 3 bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, in the Los Enebros residential development in El Rompido. A small fishing village with spectacular charm and essence. The common facilities have gardens and a pool available in the summer season. Available in the house: barbecue and 2 terraces, one of them glazed, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the mornings. DON'T HESITATE TO ASK!!!!
