With two double bedrooms, equipped kitchen, courtyard with vegetation and solarium with wonderful views of the estuary. A/A and heat. At the foot of Río Piedras beach and very close to La Flecha beach, a natural paradise accessible by ferry. This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Beautiful apartment located on the third floor of the Hoyo 19 development. It has a multitude of amenities, including a nice terrace overlooking the pine forest and the sea in the background. It also has air conditioning, a garage, Wi-Fi and is fully equipped for your stay. For paddle tennis lovers, the development has a paddle tennis court Its location is perfect if you want to be by the sea but in a quiet area. We also have the golf course at hand.
