Super quiet on the beach with lots of sun to enjoy it and just 20 meters from the beach in the center near all the services, supermarkets, restaurants, leisure, taxi and bus etc. It is the penthouse floor, the elevator only goes to the third floor, the penthouse floor is accessed by climbing about 12 steps up the stairs which is super wide and accessible without problems.
