What a fantastic place in front of the beach! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, and matches and candles for the big national blackout!! Lovely walks west and east of the property along the beach front. An excellent location to explore Murcia and Almería. Will recommend to anyone and I will repeat! Muchas Gracias Ramona!!!

Perfect for what you need as a home from home. Very well equipped apartment had everything you’d need. Views are lovely. Can walk into town in 5-10 mins, if you’re not a big fan of steps or hills I’d recommend driving into town instead. Plenty of places to eat down at the harbour. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves as never saw anyone else in there! Check in was easy, instructions to find property were straight forward and found it on the first attempt.

Amaya's house is a 10, beautiful, wonderful and beautiful location, close to a restaurant area and a small supermarket, private parking, urbanization with heated pool, the terrace is a pass and the kitchen is very well equipped. To put a couple of things to improve: the windows do not have blinds, so as soon as the light comes in (although you close the window shutters) and, on a personal level, the double bed did not seem comfortable, not the pillows that were super comfortable.

The location is very good, playa nearby, down the main street. Restaurants, and prepared food sites, supermarkets, cerquita. It has everything, pans, cutlery, glasses, washing machine, microwave,very, very complete. Cleanliness, extraordinary. The shower is very strong, we were four people and everything was great. The communion with Maria, very good, always attentive. Difficult access to the apartment with the car, we park on another street and arrived on foot. the street that sticks to the floor, it's noisy, with the bikes, vehicles and people passing by and all being a bass and not having shutters, you hear everything. We've been to May and there wasn't a lot of movement and we got along well, but in summer time, I understand it will be worse. Otherwise, very happy with the choice, we recommend it.

Just a thoroughly enjoyable stay with nothing to dislike whatsoever. Can’t wait to return, looking to rebook asap.

Sabina is a splendid host, she dissipated all our questions, recommended places to visit inside and outside of Aguilas, walks, Restaurants etc. Our communication was smooth and good from the first moment. Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point whether it is to visit Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it's not just their job but something much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.

On behalf of our entire family, we thank Andres, Maria Carmen and her husband Alejandro for such a warm welcome! Everything was great! The apartment is clean, well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Towels, blankets, changeable bed linen sets - everything is provided to the smallest detail and in abundance! The decor is of high quality and everything is tastefully decorated. We hardly used the air conditioner, because when we opened the windows, a fresh sea breeze blew throughout the apartment. The apartment's terrace is huge, equipped with beautiful and comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of time on the terrace! And this view of the sea! This is a separate delight! I also want to add about the beautiful well-groomed and beautiful territory of the complex. Four swimming pools, a perfect green lawn, umbrellas, and the complex's own enclosed area, as well as private parking. The sea is just beyond the complex's territory. The beach is sandy, the coastline is wide, the sea is pleasant! The list of advantages of this wonderful apartment is endless. You will be delighted, believe me!

Everything is great. The house has everything you need for your stay. Close to everything. It is located in the highest part of the village and as soon as you leave the house from the back you can access the highest part to see the village and the sea from 2 perspectives. Thank you very much!

The house is spotless. Very well equipped and very nice for everything. Newly renovated. From there we move to the beaches with ease. Good by foot or by car. A magnificent area. It has the Port a 3 minute walk and a market very close by.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very clean, they have taken care of everything in detail, the pool is also wonderful, close to the beach, bars and supermarkets. This is the second time we have taken this apartment and we will definitely repeat. Yaymi was very kind and attentive, quick response.

This apartment is fully and neatly furnished, everything is present. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances. Beautiful bathroom and nice bedrooms, with good beds. The living room is pleasant to stay in. Elena replies very quickly and was very flexible with her arrival and departure time. Upon arrival, love was fully welcomed by her mother. Who showed us the apartment. Outside, there was plenty of room to park the car. It is in a super nice location, on the boulevard with cozy restaurants and terraces. Laura's accommodation is very pleasant with a view of the sea and the mountains. Very clean and quiet residence and neighbourhood. Being French, Laura sent us the places and centres of interest to prepare for our stay, which was wonderful!!...

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped, it lacks nothing. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and although the jacuzzi had cold water, it was still an unbeatable experience. The area is quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby, which makes it very comfortable. Luigi was a very attentive host at all times. We would repeat without hesitation!

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment was very good, clean and with the equipment advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

The house is beautiful and has a lot of privacy. It also has a pleasant garden where you can enjoy. In terms of safety, it is also very well organized because there is security around every night. The area is fantastic, peaceful and La Playa Amarilla is as good as your backyard. There is plenty of parking outside, but you can always park your car in the private parking space inside the garage. I recommend this accommodation 100%.

Beautiful appartement with a great terrace and a jacuzzi. Appartement was nicely furnished and was very clean. A small key misunderstanding was handled promptly by the host. Small shop, restaurants and the beach all realy close by. We, as a couple, had a great time and can highly recommend the appartement.

magical place, very quiet residence, you can stay there for days, the view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful especially at night, the apartment is great, very well equipped and lacks nothing. Cesar is very kind, responds quickly to all our questions, he is also a good advisor. this place is simply magical, we will definitely come back.
