The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

House in elegant residential complex Los Altos of only 26 housing units. The complex located in the upper and panoramic part of Arguineguin offers its guests a beautiful heated pool, solarium area with sun loungers and shower, elevator and garage. The house is on two levels : on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, laundry area, living room and terrace with sea and mountain views. Upstairs a bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.
