Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de Guadamía

Really good place to stay, very quiet, very clean and good local amenities. Slightly disappointing outlook but it was of little consequence due to its location. Gijon is a great place for sight seeing, food and shopping and this flat allows easy access to all as well as the beach. Raquel's video instructions to get in were brilliant and saved a lot of angst at the initial entrance so follow them and not the ones provided by Airbnb. We would definitely book this flat again especially as it is a properly registered tourist let.

Amazing. Ideal for people and families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist sites and enjoy nature. The stay at Javier's house was very good. Javier is a great host and we felt very comfortable. We even went down one day to eat at the restaurant he runs, where we were able to enjoy an authentic Asturian menu. If you want to go hiking, tranquility and nature, this is the place, and you'll love it. Without a doubt, we would repeat the place and host.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are travelling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground car park is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area.

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

We had a fantastic week in Jose’s apartment in Luanco. Jose was such an amazing host. He was so helpful before and during our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He brought us to the apartment, gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and local tips. This was invaluable. Knowing that Jose was only a phone call away gave us great peace of mind. The apartment is like being on a ship. You are overlooking the sea and the beautiful harbour area. We spent hours on the balcony eating and sunbathing. It was beautifully decorated with quality fittings- and was immaculately clean. The apartment is so private and luxurious. The smart TV was perfect to log into YouTube and to cast. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked full dinners here on several nights. Location was perfect- in a quiet area - minutes walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was easy in the nearby streets. The beach is in front of the apartment too. Luanco is such a lovely town. Highly recommended.

We really liked the Casina de Rodiles. It is not usual to find a house as well prepared and well set up as this. We would come back at the end of the day feeling back to our home. A pleasure also of attention and availability from Miriam and Álvaro. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is a chulada and with a breathtaking view that allows you to enjoy San Vicente at all times. Everything was very clean and correct, the key management was very organized. We will definitely do it again.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Iñaki and Eva were exceptional hosts: very friendly, close and always available for any questions or recommendations. They gave us advice on places to visit. In addition, when we arrived at the apartment we found a nice detail of local products that gave us a lot of enthusiasm. They were also very attentive with our son: they left him a gift toy, so that he would also enjoy the stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, cared for with a lot of care and was impeccably clean. Everything is tastefully decorated, cozy and functional. My favorite corner - the kitchen window for a coffee overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

Excellent apartment, it did not lack any detail; perfect location in the center but with the advantage that you could hardly hear any noise. Sylvie told us where we could unload and park, and even recommended a restaurant, very friendly and attentive. We recommend it and would definitely repeat.

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is lovely despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and you have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a camper van, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both everyday living and cooking (the only thing missing was a kettle, but that wasn’t a big deal). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many cafes around. The host Pablo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
