What I can't find anywhere else is the view of the sea. The position of the building "Morros City" by Epic, stands out not only for the design and its Graffiti of geometric shapes on the façade, but also for its position in a key point of the city. The intersection between Carrera 1 and Calle 9 is an ideal location to enjoy the center's modern part and be a few minutes walk from the "Walled City" awarded as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The advantage of the location of the building is added to that of being on the 7th floor, which means easy access to the beach and the social area where you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Possibility of parking the car and in just a few seconds reaching the apartment floor. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels for our guests. It is possible to request up to 3 single beds, adding a crib for babies, in which case we accept up to 4 guests. It is possible to make the beds into a "Queen" size double bed and the sofa bed can also be a single bed.

Located less than 10 min. away (by taxi) from the Old City, and around the building you can find tons of places to eat or drink anything you want… It's your perfect hub for your next visit to Cartagena! The building has a 24/7 concierge and an outdoor swimming pool (as well as another one for kids) as well as sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Please keep in mind that only registered guests are allowed to access the building.
