Amazing accommodation , great and peaceful location right next to the beach. The house itself was very comfortable, everything we needed was there . I personally loved the outdoor spaces . There is a great outdoor kitchen in the back and nice outdoor chilling zone forwards. It’s great for children and dogs also, because you can close up the space and be relaxed. 100% recommended

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Highly recommended. Paco was very kind and attentive to any need we had. It has everything you need to spend a few days there and with the addition of picina and barbecue. The location is very good, less than 20m drive away from coves such as Granadella and Moraig.

We stayed at Ana Isabel's house this bridge on May 12 people between adults and children and the experience was absolutely positive. The house is just like the photos, with a fantastic pool, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and the cleaning of 10. Communication was very easy and fast. Flexible check-in and check-out. We were attended by Rosa who explains the house great and very punctual. Moraira has liked us a lot, great restaurants to eat, good beaches and the location of the fantastic house. In short, a house totally recommended and that we would repeat without hesitation.

Nice stay at the place. The great location two steps down the beach. As a recommendation it would be good for it to be specified in the listing that the parking does not enter the reservation, you have to pay €10 per day. Otherwise, everything is correct.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE LARGE AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS HUGE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE FOR GATHERING TOGETHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.
