Apartamento estiloso con bonita terraza y vistas al mar. En un residencial con piscina y zonas comunes muy bonitas y cuidadas, y sobre todo tranquilo. Muy luminoso, terraza espectacular, dormitorio amplio con cama 1.5x2m (colchones nuevos), cocina con pasador, AA, Internet rápido, TV 50" (YouTube, Prime..). Cerca de todo tipo de servicios: Playa a 500m, supermercados, farmacia y restaurantes a menos de 5min a pie. Puerto deportivo a 10min, por paseo marítimo. Palacio congresos a 15min andando.
