The apartment is as it looks in the photos, good location for bars and restaurants. The beach suitable for swimming is about 25 min walking, but the one in front is very rich to walk and play on the shore. the depto is comfortable and the building staff is attentive. recommended! just to point out that the pool was in maintenance, but that escapes the host

Excellent place, Don Carlos, who is Nicolás's intermediary, was very helpful and attentive. He responds quickly and kindly to any questions that have arisen. The place is facing the city and hills, which allowed us to enjoy the view of the moon and escape some of the night noise by the locals nearby. Spacious and comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers, spacious bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. Would come back. Thank you.

The apartment was really super clean and the kitchen had all the amenities you need. There is also a great view from the balcony. We were even allowed to stay in the apartment until 12 noon at check-out, so we had fewer problems with our luggage. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend them.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with nice terrace and beautiful ocean views. It's very well equipped. The location is fine, close to the pedestrian street. It's a little noisy at night in the apartment for people who have light sleep.

A wonderful accommodation! No words to describe the cultural, natural and language immersion provided by Mrs. Gloria and her family, including Catherine, who even though she was not there, also made arrangements for the place to be impeccable. The motto of this family is truly: 'my house is your house'. The experience was much better because of their family. They did more than they offered in the ad. I want to go back to Iquique, a beautiful city that I liked a lot, and I will make sure to stay there, if available. I recommend it 1000%!!!

It was just the perfect place to rest, the room was very cozy, everything was in order and perfect to feel comfortable. Carmen (Catherine's mom) is a very nice and friendly person, she offered me coffee and a healthy snack (just the way I like it) for breakfast and was always very attentive to help me. It is an accessible place, the room has independence and privacy, but they make you feel at home, they are generous, kind in their treatment and you can always have interesting conversations with them. I am very happy to have met Carmen, Catherine and her beautiful family, the stay is a beautiful experience, totally recommended. I hope to be back sometime

I spent a week in this place and I really liked being in this house. The hosts are a nice family and create a very warm and trusting atmosphere. Gloria is the soul of the house, a beautiful person with a very big heart, she cares that all guests feel good. Even on the day of my departure, they took me to the terminal, for which I am very grateful. The room is very comfortable with its own spacious bathroom. The area is very quiet, there is a large market nearby where you can get everything, several supermarkets and it is only a 15-minute walk to the beach. I would definitely go back.
