Beachfront holiday rental in Playa Caleton

Great place and ideal.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very spacious, sparkling clean, had plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and even a few games/kids toys. The views were even more beautiful than the photos. The condo complex is gated with security at the entrance from the road and from the beach. The downtown was just a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the whole area felt very safe. Luis was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Nice spot to stay at and very centric. Posito was great and really helpful, he even offered to pick me up from the airport. I definitely will be back again

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

My family had a great time! The location was so beautiful and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

Loved it! I had a very relaxing week at this apartment. I have been inCabarete several times and Sea Winds is my favorite place to stay. You have it all, Luxury, comfort, privacy, relaxation and the view. Is the best place to stay, seriously. If you are kite surfing you could pump your kite on the grass and launch from there, if you are taking lessons or renting equipment you have the option to a very pleasant walk 10 minutes on the beach either right to cabarete bay or left to kite beach to find the schools restaurants and night life. No need for a car, walk on the beach or a moto taxis for 100pesos take you to town in 3 minutes. New supermarket Janet is 10 minutes walk on the beach and get to main road from there where you can get supplies. This particular apartment is beautiful with 2 balconies to relax while looking at the scenery, nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, laundry, very comfortable beds, great Air conditioning and fans. Hot water in shower…it was just perfect!

Fantastic place to stay. The space was perfect for our family of five. Though we spent most of the time on the beach, we enjoyed lazy mornings on the balcony and family movie nights in living room. Tamara was very quick to respond and arranged our taxis to and from airport.

The condo was lovely! Was actually bigger than I expected. We spent hours on the balcony which was very comfortable. It was alway cool with a breeze off the ocean. The communal grounds were perfectly maintained. Really nice. We loved sitting in the colourful chairs watching the kite surfers. Nice deep pool with plenty of comfy lounge chairs plus a shaded spot for mid afternoons. The master bedroom was amazing. The back bedroom was noisy from the road traffic. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We cooked several meals at home. Both Linka and Cyril were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They arranged a driver for us at the airport that we ended up using throughout the month. Overall a very nice experience. If we come back to DR we will re book this place.

This was a amazing and beautiful place with great view.beach and pool walking distance. I loved it would recommend it and will come back again in July. The only one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was that there was no hot water other then that amazing

Rosa’s beach apartment was absolutely beautiful down to the decorations down to feeling right at home access to a pool and a private beach my family and I had a wonderful time at Rosa’s apartment. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Rosa was very nice and polite and very responsive and attentive gave us recommendations to restaurants and things to do around her Airbnb. If you’re looking to have a great time with great atmosphere. This is your go to Airbnb. we cannot thank you enough Rosa.

Had at great stay in Francois apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Seawinds is a very well maintained community. I have stayed at Seawinds many times and Francois apartment is the best I have stayed in.

View from this condo is spectacular! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. One thing to be aware of is that if you have any mobility issues the condo is on the 4th floor with no stairs. We didn't mind as iit kept us fit and made up for all the food we were eating on vacation!!! Vicki was incredible responsive and helpful when there were some minor issues to be sorted, she sorted them or help us get them sorted right away. The office at the condo complex were really helpful as well! We only used the AC at night in the bedrooms and for 2 weeks only costs us $53 USD, so don't let that scare you. Our friends stayed with us in the 2nd bedroom and found no issues with the traffice noise but if you were a light sleep that might bother you, we didn't hear it at all in the principal bedroom though once the door was closed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

location was great, the pool was fantastic, we enjoyed been close to the beach but far from the music at night.. a lot of restaurant right on the beach, great place, a must go.

place is very quiet, perfect for rest, and also very comfortable. It had all the utensils and amenities we needed, which made us feel at home from the moment we were there. Taylan was an excellent host, very attentive and kind, which made a difference, the other hosts were also attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy, and of course I would come back without thinking twice. In short, a ten experience that exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed at villa Sirena for 2 months this winter. We loved the location and the home. The staff working at the villa are outstanding workers and amazing people. Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately. The Villa is an excellent place to accommodate guests as each room has an ensuite and the home is spacious enough so that everyone has their own space. The walk into town along the beach is amazing. Highly recommend this place to a family or a group of friends!!!

We love Seawinds, we loved this apartment, and Deyne was a great host. We stayed at his place for more than one month. Apartment is modern, great kitchen, nicely kept rooms, and beautiful view from the balcony. It was great that one of the rooms had bunk bad as we had kids stay in the room and they all had their own beds. It was convenient that Deyne knew management team and helped arrange for things and was able to address questions quickly. Hint: Do let Deyne know if you are planning to arrive after 5 pm so that he could arrange for the key to be left at the security office. Final conclusion: We loved staying at this apartment in Seawinds. We are definitely going to try to get the same apartment next time when we come to Cabarete!

Can’t beat the location right on the point at encuentro best surfing in the island right out the door. can walk to the surf/food shacks and all the things in the area. Room is great right on the pool and coconuts restaurant. will definitely be coming back
