The cleaning crew was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff, who were always responsive and attentive to any questions or requests I had. Great host. Villa Like seen on the pictures. Had a door lock to fix it was speedy and was done the next morning. It was amazing will rent again when I go back to the DR. Nothing negative to say. However the outdoor shower needs to be repaired it was not working during our stay but host has been notified.

The villa was great this is my second time staying there and was still impressed as if it was my first time being there. The host was very responsive and had great knowledge of the surrounding area I will always stay at this villa on my trip back to DR💯.

What a great place to start our family vacation in Sosúa. Robert and Kat were so easy to communicate with, and aside from the slightest hiccup upon arrival (a very minor miscommunication with the security gate, which was very quickly addressed and fixed by Kat), it was truly a perfect stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy to get to the beach, close to grocery stores, a great restaurant within SOV, and a few playground and water park options that the kids loved…something for everyone! The villa is in a newer section of SOV that is still in development, so some construction is happening on the periphery, though it wasn’t loud or disruptive to our peace in any way. All in all it was a super comfortable home base for so many DR experiences, would absolutely stay there again.

Nice location. Close to the beach, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. A few dogs barking but that's everywhere in Cabarete. Enjoyed our stay at this villa.

The accommodation was in excellent condition of cleanliness and hygiene. Pretty quiet, ideal for resting. 100% recommended. The host is always attentive to any concerns

My sister and I had a fantastic stay at this villa! It’s even more beautiful than the photos, and the all-inclusive resort it’s located in is stunning with so much to do—we couldn’t fit it all into our 4-day trip. The beaches were gorgeous, the food was great, resort staff was great and having a golf cart included was a huge plus for getting around the large property. The rest of our group canceled last minute, and my sister and I were a little uneasy about traveling with just two of us but we felt completely safe and well taken care of. The private chef made us breakfast every morning, and we especially enjoyed the BBQ dinner at the villa. The host was amazing—super responsive, flexible with our last-minute changes, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! We would definitely stay again.

Jaay was such a great host! Very responsive at any time & always provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as other activities. The house was spotless and so spacious! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends/family.

Barbra was a great host, she was always there to answer all our questions and was very welcoming, Nana is also great she took great care of us. Look forward to staying at one of Barbra’s homes again!

Don’t miss out on this beautiful bnb! Elena truly went out of her way to make sure we had such a great stay. About 15 minutes walk from the bnb to the local beach and restaurants , truly and gem we felt right at home, can’t wait to come back!

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

Theresa and her staff were absolutely wonderful hosts. Everything was taken care of in advance and she was still in contact to make sure everything was perfect . You couldn’t find a nicer host. The villa was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and it was in a beautiful area. I will recommend this villa and Theresa to everyone I know after having such a wonderful experience with her.

We had a blast staying at Rafael's home. The entire home was spotless and very convenient to surrounding stores and activities. the beach is only a 5 minute walk from the residence. Our stay was perfect. Only recommendation i have is to replace some of the outdoor / patio furniture.

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommended, just had an issue with the ac at the back room and it took 2 days to be sorted out !
