Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Very quiet and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its conservation with the environment. The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days at the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking routes.

It is an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.
