Maria, die Hausbesitzerin, war super freundlich, gut gelaunt, kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr zentrale Lage, und hat ein unbeschriebene Blick von der großartige Terrasse an Meer. Alles was man brauchen kann, gibt im Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurant, Beach alles in 2-3 Minuten Nähe. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Gruß aus München.

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war soweit zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Da wir zum Rennrad fahren das erste Mal auf der Insel waren, würden wir beim nächsten Mal einen anderen Ort auswählen, der sich näher am Gebirge befindet. Aber das ist kein negatives Kriterium für diese Unterkunft, sodass ich sie weiterempfehlen würde. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war bei Defekt der Waschmaschine einwandfrei, gut erreichbar und es wurde sich umgehend um eine zufriedenstellende Lösung gekümmert.

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Nombreuses serviettes de douches disponible, machine à laver à disposition avec tout les produits nécessaires. Logement très bien situé, proche du port et des restaurants et autres activités à pied. Justo est un super hôte. Il est très réactif, très humain, nous avons pu le rencontrer et c est vraiment quelqu’un de bien. Si vous avez le moindre soucis il saura vous aider et est très réactif. De sympathiques attentions vous sont laissées à l arrivée. Nous avons passé un super moment, nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Eine herrliche Unterkunft, die sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Gus und seiner Frau empfangen, obwohl wir erst sehr spät einchecken konnten. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war Gus sehr aufmerksam und hat sich nach unserem Befinden erkundet und uns mit schneller Reaktionszeit Auskünfte gegeben. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll kreativ eingerichtet, ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Ein Highlight sind die drei Terrassen, die wir alle regelmäßig genutzt und genossen haben. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Waldrand. Den ganzen Tag sind Vögel zu beobachten, wobei der Wiedehopf und die Nachtigall auch ständig zu hören waren. Wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt der naturbelassene große Sandstrand, an dem wir Barfuß schöne Spaziergänge machen und baden gehen konnten. Die nächste Umgebung bietet sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten an der Küste und im Gebirge. Es hat uns sehr gefallen....!!!

Super Lage mit Meerblick! Die Unterkunft war angenehm sauber. Was mir besonders gut gefiel, war, dass schon einige Dinge wie Spülmittel, Geschirrspültaps, Kaffeetaps vor Ort waren. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

This is a really great house, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with tableware and equipment. It was very thoughtful to provide cutlery and suitable plates for the infant in our party. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean. Veronica was able to provide babysitter details (The babysitter was wonderful btw!). Veronica also responded to and dealt with a small query we had. The house is very well located and it was a very quick walk to the beach and countless restaurants. The garden was well maintained with lots of sun loungers and other seating areas. The quantity of outside towels was very appreciated. An additional bonus were the two horses at the bottom of the garden who paid numerous visits much to the utter delight of the infant! Marti’s home is fabulous - located in a quiet area and it is so well equipped .Their home is beautifully decorated with beautiful original paintings. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and towels are of very high quality. We were able to use the kayak which was great. We highly recommend this stay.

Emilio's apartment was wonderful. Its location on the seafront with beautiful views and a small beach with shallow waters for swimming couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment is peaceful, private and has everything you could need. Emilio and his brother Enric are warm, helpful and generous hosts. Thank you!

Merci à Miquel pour ce logement qui nous a permis de passer un séjour paisible dans un environnement calme et avec une vue sur la mer magique ! ( avec petit coucher de soleil en prime ) Le logement était impeccable, super propre, fonctionnel. Le toit terrasse est juste dingue !!!😍 L’environnement est calme et loin de la foule touristique. Il est idéalement placé pour visiter l’île en plus de ça ! Miquel est super accueillant, donne de bons conseils de petites criques, de restaurants etc Vraiment un séjour au top qui nous donne envie de revenir et de partager cette adresse formidable aux amis qui voudraient venir à Majorque.

Très confortable et calme la proximité avec la plage et les restaurants de can Picafort est très appréciable pour sortir et aller à la plage, le quartier est très calme. L’appartement est grand et confortable C’était un super séjour !

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza, decoración y amenities han sido una maravilla nos hicieron sentir desde el minuto uno. Lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, pero sin duda volveremos. Mallorca en nuestra ciudad favorita y hoy Carlotta House pasó a ser nuestra alojamiento preferido. Además del alojamiento, la atención y el cariño entregados, fenomenal. Y Carlotta House, realmente maravillosa Mucho más que una recomendación

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

El departamento es hermoso, las camas muy comodas, todo muy limpio y con todos los accesorios para cocinar. Hay muchos restaurante cerca y la playa de Alcúdia es de las mas lindas! Super recomendable

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky

Das Zimmer war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und in zentraler Lage, sodass alles fußläufig zu erreichen war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Couldn't say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful condo. The amenities were great, the view was indescribable, and the walkability was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. We were able to easily day trip from this location, and our host Jennifer provided awesome local recommendations that guided our time there. 10/10 would stay here again and again.
