I visited Josep and Adelina's wonderful home with a few friends to explore the cycling palace that is Girona. The home & experience were all fantastic. Josep & family were extremely communicative, and made sure we knew how to make the most of the area on bikes. The house is really well set up for cyclist visitors, with a pool to cool off after rides, and a hose + bike stands, too. Already planning our next visit.

We stayed at Adriana's place for almost two weeks in October and didn't want to leave at the end! 😊 + 1. Great location (coastal hiking trails are fantastically beautiful!) 2. Very pretty garden 3. Quiet neighborhood and privacy 4. Great amenities (from the paella pan to the parasol - everything there) 5. Super communication and helpfulness by hosts - 1. Extremely unpleasant sewer smell in the house, which even the whole incense sticks do not help (according to the hostess, this only occurs with a north wind) 2. Sleeping during the week impossible due to construction noise from the early morning hours (end of the season) 3. Restaurants and activities partly closed due to the season 4. Bathroom (hair in shower) and kitchen (crumbs on refrigerator and in front of microwave) unfortunately not as clean as expected based on the positive reviews. We would have liked a better price-performance ratio. In summer, but probably GREAT! Overall recommended! :

Djaafar was a superb host: everything from the meet and greet with drinks and snacks, to the flexible checkout and the local recommendations. He was on hand via chat app throughout the stay and always willing to help. As for the house itself? It was great! It matched the photos and description perfectly. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If I was being picky the pool was a bit cool but it didn't stop us, and the hot tub was there to warm up after. The location was walkable to San Pol (if you don't mind a hill) and driveable to so much including countless beaches, Barcelona, Girona and more. All in, really pleased we stayed there!

Great location if you have a car (out or the packed areas), here you will have silence, peacefulness. Very responsive host. easy to park (outside on the road). Very safe area with vigilance. the heater system in the house is very functional, it warmed the house quickly and felt very cosy. Barbecue, kitchen, oven, micro, stove, exhaust, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. wouldn't recommend for 6 guests, unless 3 couples. Although the exterior is quite big and spacious, as well as the living room area, dinner area and barbecue area. Recommended! 👍

Truly lovely place, Encarnacion is super nice and very helpful. Felt like a proper private holiday home and had a really great stay.

We stayed here as a group of 8 whilst we were visiting Barcelona, and we were blown away by the house and the gardens. The house is huge and perfect for large groups with the multiple living areas, and the garden was beautiful. We really enjoyed spending our evenings here cooking and playing games, and we are already planning to return.

We had a really lovely stay and enjoyed the view and the pool and the cozy house. Absolutely quiet area. Definitely a visit each. Easy to take the train into, for example, Barcelona city center.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia’s villa! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, always quick to respond and full of great advice. She even took us to a shop to grab the first essentials (as we arrived during a bank holiday), and after a long day trip into Barcelona, she arranged our taxi for departure—something we hadn’t managed to sort ourselves. The villa was spotless and exceeded all expectations. It had everything we needed (and more), making it the perfect base for our girls’ holiday. With plenty of space for the six of us, we were able to fully relax and enjoy some real peace and quiet. The saltwater pool was a dream—especially for the chemical-free amongst us. It was the perfect, natural touch! And those sea views, enjoyed with either a morning brew or a mimosa in hand, were absolute perfection. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much, Sylvia, for being such a thoughtful and accommodating host!

Very nice house and very well equipped. Narcís offered us many easy and very nice. We had 3 families with children and we really enjoyed the house. Located in a residential area, very close to the highway and easy access.

The house is located in a secure area and on a quiet street. The pool overlooks the canal, it makes it look like Miami! The pool is lovely. The house is well laid out and the kitchen well equipped. There are activities to do: karting, butterfly park and especially the places of Dali and Gala. You'll have a great holiday here!

We spent one week with our family, eight adults and two children, in Claudia's house. It was really great, a beautiful house, beautiful surroundings and also nice weather. The house had all the comforts, even toys for the children were present. If we had a question, Claudia always responded immediately. We would love to come back to this beautiful and clean house, thank you Claudia.

We stayed ten days at Jan's beautiful villa and had a wonderful holiday. The house was pretty and the gardens gorgeous with numerous places to sit and relax. The pool was great and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace with a drink and gazing out over the views. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pals is a short drive away and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a very handy supermarket close by. We would recommend staying at Case Coene!

Apartment with magnificent sea view. It's a large accommodation, very well renovated, arranged on several floors, we go up and down the stairs to go from one room to the other. On the other hand, it takes quite a bit of space to get to park and only 2 apartments were occupied on the 4. We had to pick up the bike door to go down the ramp. the accommodation was very clean with very good quality bedding. it is well equipped , but it is missing a dish for the oven . the residence gives direct access to the cami el ronda path which allows you to reach the city center of Roses 2.5 km away and on the left the beautiful canyella beach just 1 km away. The natural park del creus is very close for gravel/mountain biking or hiking. In the end, we had a great time.

We have been the last 2 weeks of July. Beautiful and spacious apartment with a large garden where you can relax. From the apartment, you can walk into the busy city center or onto the beach. Within a 5-minute walk there are 3 supermarkets and there are several restaurants/bars in the street. From the front room, when you open the doors, you can get the crowds and coziness. If you close the doors, it is also mouse quiet again. Furthermore, there is plenty to do in the area and Barcelona and Girona are 40 km away. Definitely recommended.

The house is located in a quiet and characterful development. The location is strategic, close to the beautiful villages of Pals and Begur. The house is very nice, bright, decorated with a lot of charm, good taste and warmth. Everything was spotless and in order. The crockery was complete and was enough for our group (6 people). As we love the Begur area, we tour the coves that are nearby. The towns in the area have residents year-round. A few minutes away from the development there is a great supermarket. While it was midwinter there were enough restaurants and places to eat traditional food. Outdoor spaces should be great in spring and summer! We park in the garage inside and also at the door, which was very practical (car is accurate). The Ideal agency accompanied us even on Christmas Day, responding effectively and cordially, even later with a raised incident that was resolved favorably.

We had a great week with our family. The view is breathtaking! Very close to the most beautiful beaches. Listing as described. Very quiet place. The fact that the pool is a shared pool was no problem, mutual respect for the people present. We recommend!

Fantastic stay. Would like to come back again someday. Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore both south and north of L’Estartit. We liked being in the country compared to some of the other surrounding beach towns that seemed a bit more congested. We liked the sand beach and the ease of parking. We are kiteboarders so we especially enjoyed looking over the bay and seeing the action on windy days.

The house is absolutely fantastic and is actually better than photos show. Clean, comfortable, spacious, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The best mattresses we ever had in a rented property. Looks like the house is really loved by the owners. Oh, a double garage is great too! Wish we stayed longer

Beautiful place, all new. Exactly in the photos, it looks even bigger live. Super comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms. 3 full and super clean bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, with quality appliances and dozens of utensils, plates, glasses, pots, ... On the terrace a giant barbecue, with incredible views of the canals. Five minutes from the beach, with lots of places to eat at all prices. Very nice town. Highly recommended. The host was responding instantly to our queries.

A true refuge in nature! Villa Neptuno is an oasis of tranquility and comfort, with exquisite decor and details that make you feel at home. Mabel is an exceptional host, very friendly and attentive. The house was immaculately clean and welcomed us with a delicious welcome touch. The jacuzzi was ready upon our arrival and the house was warm. The pool is perfect for relaxing listening to the singing of the birds and Mabel's plants a liking to look at them . A real luxury! Mabel will go out of her way to make you feel at home. Don't hesitate to book, you won't regret it! It's the perfect place to escape from stress and enjoy nature. Ideal location, with many beautiful landscapes around.

Five of us stayed here for a week in early June. It is an old property that has undergone a full refurbishment and credit to the owners Magda and Gerard for doing such a wonderful job. The accommodation has been very well thought out down to often missed details such as excellent lighting plots/positions, property wide fast wi-fi (even at furthest reaches of garden) and a full house air con system. The garden with the pool and bonus room is a really outstanding feature and very well used during our stay. We had a couple of issues early on that were resolved very quickly by the managing agents/owners - I would describe them as problems consistent with a new rental and have/will be resolved. For complete clarity the property is ground floor with separate accommodation and entrance above. During our time this was empty. We liked the immediate area which is best described as ' local'. Good choice of bars/supermarkets/restaurants all within easy walking and owners provided a guide
