Our house is located near the center in Jesenice, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. All the beauties of our valley are very close, only 20 minutes to Kranjska gora by car, 15 min to Bled, 10 min to the Vintgar gorge, and very close to the biking trail all the way to Planica(ski jumping). We are close to highway that leads through Karavanke tunnel. The apartment can be rented as an apartment or individual rooms. Heartly welcome couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families.

Ein kleines Paradies in den Bergen! Das kleine Häuschen mitten in den Bergen war einfach traumhaft! Schon die Anfahrt war ein Erlebnis für sich – spektakulär und mit jeder Kurve stieg die Vorfreude. Oben angekommen wurden wir mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge belohnt – besonders von der Bank vor dem Haus ein absoluter Lieblingsplatz zum Innehalten. Die Hütte selbst ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – sehr sauber, gemütlich und gleichzeitig top ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir haben sie gerne genutzt! Direkt vor der Tür starten wunderschöne Wanderwege – perfekt, um gleich morgens loszuziehen. Und die nächste urige Gastwirtschaft ist in nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke für diese besondere Auszeit!

Tanja und ihre Schwiegereltern, die die Hütte verwalten, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist natürlich traumhaft und die Hütte sehr schön. Anzumerken ist, dass der Strom per Aggregat zur Verfügung gestellt wird und zwischen 21 - 06:00 Uhr nur sehr reduziert (Licht) verfügbar ist. Die Heizung ist eine Ofenheizung, bei der Höhe und den dortigen Temperaturen auch gut zu wissen. Die Kommunikation war gut. Anfahrtsweg kann ein wenig einschüchtern, wenn man neu in den Bergen ist - Das Navi sagt auf Bergstraßen 100 km/h und berechnet so die Anfahrtszeit früher. Man ist aber eher mit 30-50km/h unterwegs. Hinfinden tut man gut

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Nice house near the mountains. Everything is quiet and relaxing except for occasional lawn mower :) Location is a bit remote, but not a problem with a car. Grocery shops are a few minutes drive, Klagenfurt or Villach ~30 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und konnten Norbert jederzeit ansprechen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Gegend dort ist super schön. Wir hatten rundum einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder

This accommodation was beautiful!!! Looks just like the photos and is in such a great location, 5 mins from the bus station and 10 mins from the lake. There is a supermarket near by with all necessities and we had a lovely homemade dinner with what we bought! All rooms were very clean and all listed amenities were present. Ožbej was very friendly and always responsive. Definitely would recommend!!!!! :)))
