This villa has 4 room, 3bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The attached guesthouse has its own bathroom too. The property has a private pool with an outside shower and pool bathroom. The pool area has a terrace with hammocks, outside grill and seating area. This villa is in a gated community with a private beach only a walk away. If you are looking for relaxation look no further, every morning the birds sing as the sun rises.

Visit all other beaches within a short 20 minutes drive to enjoy some local food and quiet time. Take a boat to Punta Sal for the day and enjoy snorkel in the crystal clear water, and if you prefer to stay in, the villas are private, gated and have all the amenities to enjoy, like Pool, BBQ grill, recreational area to relax on a hammocks!
