Located in the village of Plan, with all the amenities of a rural village, including a swimming pool in summer and the nearby ski resort of Piau-Engalí. You can do everything from quiet walks on the banks of the Cinqueta River, to the most demanding ascents, such as the Posets peak, Cotiella, Monte Perdido, or Aneto, in the Chistau Valley or in the neighboring valleys of Pineta and Benasque.

Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.
